As a local, you can really tell now that this place is no longer locally owned. Been ordering the coffee float since it opened years ago with the brown sugar and vanilla cream ice creams added together. The girl behind the counters says they can no longer do 2 different flavors to their policies... she was like 17 or 18. Then for a 30 bill that included a 15% tip, I handed her a hundred dollar bill and she said, it's policy that we cannot take 100 dollar bills. I said okay, no problem and handed her a 50 dollar bill, smallest I had at the time in cash. She says, due to policy I cannot take a 50 dollar bill as we can only accept 20 dollar bills. I used my credit card, thank goodness I had one on me. The original owners would never had limited their customers to either having to make sure they had only 20s on them or a credit card. I suggested that management write a policy and buy you those pens that the bank uses this way folks can use their cash and you can instantaneously. Unneccessary hoops that customers have to jump through just to have a little fun time with...
Read moreNegranti Creamery was a dream...ery. Seriously, we're visiting the area and were looking for a good option for ice cream. My partner likes froyo, because she's dairy free and there's typically options for her at froyo places. I looked up Negranti, though, and saw the majority of their ice cream uses sheep's milk! So with that, we decided to try something new.
The options were great. There were about 12 sheep milk options and 3 or 4 cow milk options. I tried a half scoop of Thai Tea and a half scoop of Blueberry Lavender... Holy moly. Some of the best ice cream I can remember having. The texture of the sheep's milk is creamier and smoother, to me.
My partner had Brown Sugar and Strawberry Basil, and those were amazing as well.
The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The location was very clean and well kept, and in a...
Read moreThis is the worst ice cream I ever had, and I go to a lot of ice cream shops. This product is like an ice milk product and is icy, not creamy. It is also flavorless. I tried 3 flavors (brown sugar, chocolate caramel, and peanut butter chocolate) and couldn't taste any of them. How this place is in business and how they have multiple locations and how they have franchised is one of great world wonders. I ended up choosing the chocolate caramel as I sensed the server was tired of giving me tastes. The store is cute enough but we took our ice cream to eat in the car. Oh, and it is expensive too. Sorry, I cannot recommend this shop. Go elsewhere. Pictured is the chocolate carmel (minus thr flavor) and brown sugar something (over sweet with no...
