McCalla you let me down! Let's talk, I was given a card for free sandwich because the visit before this one order was not correct. I tried to used the card only to find out that it had an expiration date on it and it has past. I deceided to use my app and get chicken noodle soup. I waited at least 25 minutes for a couple of chicken noodle soup. I'm sitting at the table with the cube that they give while you're waiting. Runners ran food out several time and not one person asked what I was waiting for or if they could check the order for me. The lady that cleans the tables, wiped down the table in front of me and several tables around but never said a word. Finally the cashier Morgan noticed and came to see if I was done and they just didnt remove the cube or if I had not gotten the order. I told her it was the later. She immediately went to see what happened. Someone (young black girl) came over and sincerely apologize and after another 8 minutes or so I had soup. I took time to write this review because I feel that this Chick fil A is slacking. This is my favorite food chain but this location is off the radar for a while the service is NOT up to par. Read moreOn December 31, 2018 me and my family went to Chick-fil-A we pulled up and ordered our food which consisted of two spicy chicken sandwiches, one deluxe sandwich, and chicken nuggets (12). The person taking our food wasn't listening very well for example, we said " two plain spicy chicken sandwiches" he then asked "So pickles?". Therefore he was not listening. That was not even the worst part, they told us they had to make the spicy chicken sandwiches, so we waited. It took about 6+ minutes to get our food, we said our thanks and we left. Once we got home we pulled out our food only to see we only had the chicken nuggets and deluxe sandwich. We went to check the bill because if they didn't have it on the bill at least we werntwe paying for it right? Wrong. The bill had shown the two spicy chicken sandwiches which we did not have therefore we payed for food we didn't even get. This has made me and my cousin mad for a very long tume, it might be hard to get over this tragic trip.
Chick-fil-A we expected better from you, McDonald's hasn't even forgotten our food, this is truly sad.

I had to use the restroom and picked up my Mobile order inside. When I came out the man at the front asked if I had a mobile order, I said yes and he said he refused to give me the number of Chick-fil-A sauces I put in the app with my order. I was slightly confused. He reiterated he would not give me the number I asked for. I then told him well then they should change it in the app.
He gave me half the sauces I ordered.
The food is expensive enough and my family uses Chick-fil-A sauce for fries not Ketchup, so if he refuses to honor what the app allowed then he shouldn’t even work here.
Next time I travel through the area I will definitely not be stopping at this location.
Edited to add: after finishing the food the fries were as hard as rocks, and the chicken was tough and stringy. So on top of poor customer service the food wasn’t even...
