Don’t bother customizing drinks, especially if you have health issues with dairy or sugar. Months of drinks made wrong even though ordered through app and the sticker on the cup is printed out correctly. Even drive thru orders with specific verbal instructions and they can’t get it right, plus are rude when you say something. No one answers phone when calling to complain. I only kept going hoping “next time” they will get it right. On a regular basis staff just stares at you when you walk in, no greeting like every other Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. These are my experiences when the place is slow, so it is not like they are too busy to do their job correctly. This place is only busy because of the location. Go 5 mins out of your way to Dixie Hwy for the new location or Levis one, they will treat you right with correct orders and friendly service Starbucks is known for. Read moreUsually pretty good but I get the iced espresso quad shot, and add 4 different milks to mostly fill a venti cup with extra whip because it's basically a latte for almost half the cost of when you just order a latte, and here I used to often end up getting only half of the cup filled with the espresso and added milks with the other half whipped cream and a flat lid instead of getting a mostly full venti sized cup of espresso and milks with the dome lid and extra whip cream like I get from the starbucks inside kroger across the st. I understand corporate says they're technically supposed to only use a half inch of each milk, but it's just nicer when you get employees that try to benefit the customer over corporate knowing starbucks is extremely overpriced and wouldn't be hurting from a little extra milk to fill the cup more than halfway. It was busy which is totally understandable, but when I got to the window, I got my first drink and asked many times what other drink I was waiting on. The person at the drive thru didn’t know what I ordered and then asked me multiple times what it was. After being handed two drinks, that I didn’t order, I finally got the second one, but then realized after being frustrated for waiting so long, I didn’t get the drink I wanted after my first drink receipt on the cup said 1 of 2 and the other I got which was wrong was 1 of 1.
