Dockside Bar at Dave & Buster's — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Bartenders lack of care and the overall staff just standing around laughing and gossiping makes the experience bad. Will definitely not come back . Had 10min wait before beer and then the bartender disappeared to reappear an hour later with no check up. Didn’t have a chance to order food so couldn’t speak on the quantity. The service definitely affected the atmosphere, it wasn’t even busy (around 6p). Had my bartender eating on the job a full meal before she came over to announce she was leaving after she ate, see pic.. took forever for the bill too… if you don’t like your job fine a new one simple as that a $8 bill could of been $40 but I guess management...

I called D&B on Friday, March 7th, at 3:30 p.m. I was calling to inquire about their hours because the website was confusing. I asked the lady that answered the phone if they were open, and she very, very sarcastically said, "Well, someone answered the phone, didn't they?" I spent over 22 years in the hotel/restaurant business, and if one of my staff answered the phone like that, they would be fired before the phone got hung up. Someone needs to be put in check.!! Fortunately, my bartender, Brooke, is wonderful. And if I was still in the business, she would be working for me tomorrow. And the wings...

👎Run down and dirty. Made reservations at the restaurant and they still made our party wait beyond the reservation time and the host was extremely rude about it. I never got a call or text that the table was ready either. Eventually, our group just left and went somewhere else. Wasted $30 for parking and $45 for a game card…worst experience.
