Absolutely horrible experience. Within seconds of entering the establishment, staff summoned security for the homeless person I was escorting. His offense was asking how much a small cup of coffee costed. Security asked the CUSTOMER if HE was okay. These are the people who will want sympathy the moment that they face a tiny crises, but they are woefully lacking in grace, civility, and empathy. We got the 1 small overpriced cup of coffee, but will never set foot in this establishment again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, They sold me a hard bagel and got disrespectful with me bc I didn’t want to eat it, I was willing to exchange it but the owner started yelling and getting upset, than the lady I believe is his wife started yelling, I was on the telephone so my family heard everything and couldn’t believe they got like that over $2.00, it’s sad how we support these businesses and this is what we get in return, I wish I read reviews before I shopped there, bc I have read some reviews and some customers experienced...
