Pat's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Poor customer service in favor of skimming a few extra coins from their customers. I ordered a 6 piece chicken finger platter with fries (cheese extra) and was charged 17 dollars. I thought I misheard them but when I picked up the order, the guy behind the counter said, "yeah, that's right. " I said what about the lunch specials? He told me that I didn't specify that I wanted the special, which is around 10 bucks cheaper. I said, "dude it's literally 1 in the afternoon, why wouldn't I want the special? Also, why didn't you offer it?" He told me because he got cursed at by customers for offering them all special, which is why he doesn't mention it. Dude, what? No one is cursing anyone out for offering them a discounted platter. Stop lying!! And you would think after all of the, he would give me the lunch price. Nope. I paid and vowed never to spend another dime in that establishment, even though it's conviently around the corner (I patronage them quite frequently and have had issues before with them). The first time I ordered here it was pretty good just two medium pepperonis. It was hot and fast. Not the best pizza I've ever tasted but it did the job and made me trust them to take it a step further ordered a extra large pepperoni and a cheese steak lunch special . When I tell you it was the worse thing in life.... I'd never wish it on my enemy.... Pizza was cold. Cheese steak was a salty burnt catastrophe and they forgot my fries. This restaurant is good but not consistent at all It might be quick service but it’s not good service. These people don’t wear gloves while cooking which is a big No no and I’ve also gotten chicken in my pepperoni pizza. If you have any allergies that is a very dangerous situation. Let’s talk prices. Great prices but very inconsistent once again. I order a lunch special 2 days in a row and it was the same exact order except one order I was charged $12.92 and the other one I was charged $14.69 which makes no sense.
