After moving to PA a few days ago, my girlfriend and I are on a quest to find the best brunch spots in Philly and surrounding areas, and this was our first spot. We appreciate that this place does brunch both on Saturday and Sunday, we don’t see that a lot where we’re friends. We were pretty surprised at the price of endless mimosas, $25 for just drinks. Where we’re from endless mimosas are usually between $12-16, for $25 we could get an endless breakfast brunch. The food was ok. I got the chicken and waffles which I was a bit disappointed in. The chicken was more like adult chicken tenders and not fried chicken wings. The breading they had was very interesting but I hate it nonetheless. I would’ve appreciated some actual wings or something like that. The atmosphere was pretty fun, we got there at 12:30 and were the only ppl there. Next time we will make a reservation so we can come later once it starts getting full. The music was decent but definitely started picking up once we were ready to go around 4pm. All in all it was a cool experience for our first Philly brunch. Not sure if we would do it again on our own, maybe when we have friends in town.

Went for a Sunday brunch party. I would not recommend. I’ve attended a similar style brunch party at another venue in the city and was expecting something along those lines. Our party reserved in advance as most do. When we arrived, we were placed in a section that does not fit the amount of people that it was supposed to. Some of the guests had to sit in extra chairs that were not at the table side. The table did not have enough space to fit one plate per guest, and some ate with plates on their laps. It was also very hot inside. There are other party brunches in the city that will easily accommodate you for the same cost and a better experience.

First time there, and won’t be the lastđŸ€©

was recommended this place by a friend before they went under new management, despite that, they did not disappoint!

ATMOSPHERE: Went for the party brunch + mimosa package, we were the only party there (I was warned that this might happen), but we made the most out of the 5 hours. The vibes are really dependent on how you choose to make it lit. Music was great! Took all our recommendations even our weird country/nickelodeon music đŸ˜đŸ€žđŸ»

SERVICE: Oh they were so lovely and nice. I know it’s probably hard for them to wake up in the AM and deal with boozed up people that early, but everyone was so nice. Servers & food runners were great! The one young lady (I forgot her name) kept the champagne COMING. bartender was such a character and it was safe to say the girls loved him(myself included lol)! Everyone was on top of it, and when we didn’t need them I saw them taking breaks and I’m glad they could!

FOOD: There was so much food. So much. Portions were great and definitely perfect for a family style brunch. I got no complaints from my guests (everyone loved the eggs and French toast). If you have a big party who likes do eat, family style is the way to go.

OVERALL: Based off the experience, I definitely expect there to be more of a pop out during their brunch hours in the future (or maybe this was just a dead day). This is a good place for a brunch if you know how to BE the party, and wanna drink UP. For the price, definitely worth it, food was good, service was great, drinks had me and my friends on our asses. you could go up to the bar itself and request certain drinks as well!

Definitely will be back again for another brunch or one of the nightlife events, new management is doing fab! Thanks for making the beginning of my 23rd festivities that day...

The short version of this review is the the customer service is horrible and reservations are not honored.

After making a reservation about a month prior I was informed that my seating could not be accommodated in the main room because there was a change in management. The management did not hand over any prior reservations and the only ones that were honored were the ones hand written on a piece of computer paper. This whole time I was talking to Tim who is apparently the owner and after dealing with him I'm thinking he may want to be a silent partner but I digress. Tim took me to the main area to tell me that it is only for "bigger parties" and my party of four would only be able to sit in there on a slow day. He told me that even if my reservation was passed on that we would be "bumped" for bigger parties because they need the space. We made a comment about how that was not a good business practice and he just shrugged his shoulders. At that time he offered us a table by the bar/by the door and we would still be able to "freely float" between the table and main room. I expressed my concern with that because I am not ok with leaving cups and food unattended because there is the possibility of anything happening to my food or drinks, worse case drugging. Tim then became very upset and started yelling at me accusing me of yelling at him and insinuating that I have been drugged in his establishment. I informed him that I was not yelling and I did not say I was drugged. I then asked if he was going to help me as promised or not, he then told me to leave. While I understand that it may be a hectic time because all of the management left/was fired, I will not accept being treated and talked to any kind of way because of...

Server didn’t subtract $220 deposit from our bill, so I was charged an extra $220; scam (attempted to contact Vesper for a week by text, call and email with no response) We didn't receive an itemized receipt for items charged, fees, gratuity, tax, deposit redeemed, etc. (the receipt that confirms 20% gratuity is included in the bill and deposit was subtracted; This is a tactic servers often use to get tipped twice The establishment still appeared closed past 12:30pm although the event starts at 12pm (chairs upside down on bars, curtain in front of host stand closed, staff neglectful, no one greeted or offered to help until we walked behind the curtain) Your party can’t be seated or start the mimosa package until your entire party has arrived even though you’re charged a $50 min for each person in your party regardless; tactic to slow down liquor flow and make extra money 10+ mins after being seated, still no server approached our table. We had to notify the host stand and request a server We kept running out of champagne and having to hunt down the server. We were brought 1 bottle at a time for 11 people and had to request 2 at a time. (Tactic to slow down liquor). The guy working picked up our server’s slack and started getting us bottles quicker and clearing the table. Our eggs came out after we already finished eating brunch, not with the rest of our food. The unlimited mimosa package is worth it and the party is fun but the customer service wasn’t good. We were told our reservation would be cancelled with no deposit refund if the entire party didn’t arrive by 1pm even though you’re charged a $50 min for each person in your...
