Wonderful place. best Starbucks iâve ever been to, actuallyâsat here for over three hours chatting with a friend. everything is fully stocked to my liking. smells like strawberry syrup. however, one sad, sad, truth is that they throw away the croissants at around 7:00pm. probably just store policy but i would have enjoyed a free croissant! that, my friends, is why the final star got lost on this review. no code on the bathroom door, very convenient. no tomato soup, but an excellent selection of sandwiches! iâm a lover of the chai latte, size tall, price $3.96. Itâs cold at this point in my stay, but the flavor still carries. so safe for kids. no gang signs here; just baby rattles. very well-versed in traditional south philly lingo for a place thatâs been open for five days. the customers here are like a family to me. to quote a good, newfound friend, âcould you guys watch my stuff for me?â I can practically hear the trust radiating from that sentence. And that is what I will leave you all with on this very night. Looking for special bonds? Come to the Starbucks on broad and washington. Not too many of you, though, i donât want things to get crowded. Just go to dunkinâ donuts if thereâs more than ten people here already. i was just asked to leave (they are closing now). god bless...
Read moreMy experience at this location was HORRIBLE . I went to this location October 11 and as I was waiting to be helped a Caucasian women left me standing there as she watched me waiting to order . Instead of assisting me she looked at me as she disgustedly put away trash with her hands with no gloves . When I asked for a manger , a tall Black guy said he was , I told him I would like to order and how long I was standing there , they both told me I should of moved to the right in front of the register to order . It was my first time at this location so of course I didn't see the register at the right . But regardless I was standing there and no one bother to ask if I needed help . I work in customer service and were supposed to greet our customers and surely not leave them standing there . The manager took my order and I had to ask him for my receipt. When the women got done with my drink , I asked her where the straws are she pointed towards the back . Its crazy how she greeted a customer after me and was friendly but I did not get the same treatment . Do better with management and associates . The manager was disrespectful like his associate and seen NOTHING...
Read moreRude workers. Messed up my order not once but twice! One of those times was when they said âsomeone must have stolen your drink.â This is truly unacceptable. Their attitude and behavior towards customers should be inspected. I try to like this location because itâs close to where I work at, but they are truly just disrespectful and do not know what customer service is. Another time on my lunch break, I came inside to sit and take a private phone call because it was windy and chilly outside. I didnât think much of it. I wasnât speaking loudly on the phone. I just went inside to sit at an open table by myself. A worker proceeded to approach me and say I was not allowed to sit at their tables unless I had purchased something. I replied saying I just needed to take a brief call. They told me that I had to leave anyway. Very disrespectful. I will not be coming to this location any longer. Please visit the Dunkinâ across the street and start supporting them. At least they make good beverages at fast speeds and treat their...
