Starbucks — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Had a great experience here. I don't stop by Starbucks often, but I work up the street from this location. Today I stopped in and tried to order a pumpkin spice from the manager on duty (Alexa). She informed me when I told her that I was vegan and had a diary allergy that the pumpkin spice had diary, and I then told her a barista at another location in the city had given me one despite telling her my allergy. (I figured out why I had felt sick after drinking one the first time). Because of this- Alexa kindly gave me a latte on the house! The barista on duty (Bhrett) was super kind and her barista skills are on point! She actually apologized for getting my drink out in less than 5 minutes which I thought was adorable- just because I have had baristas at Starbucks who are 10x slower than her and never apologized. I just gotten a drink and a breakfast sandwich. The skater kid handed me a my sandwich and the bottom of the bag is open. The egg just flopping all over the counter I asked for another bag this kid just ignores me. I turned to his coworker of she can give me another bag or a napkins. She tells me they dont have napkins and handed me what they would use for employee. At least it's better than nothing. Then she offer me a bag but at that point I was already pretty upset and needed to get out of there. I dont know why I keep coming back to this location. Did I eat my sausage and egg sandwich? Wasn't a great first experience. Ordered a grande blonde pour over and waited patiently. Seven other customers, two before me and five after made alll had thier cold drinks made. I piped up and asked if my coffee was up soon; however, it had not been started yet. They quickly moved to start it however, they didn't have any filters available. I then had to wait another few minutes for them to make a fresh batch. All told, fifteen minutes from order to served. Not saying I'm not coming back, but this was less than ideal when on a...
