I am really getting tired of having to ask that my food actually be made correctly. This is my 3rd and final horrible experience here. The first time, I ordered a sausage burrito for my daughter and her friends on the way to school, all 4 of them were upset, the burrito was cold, so cold the cheese wasn't melted. We ended up having to stop at McDonald's on the way to school. 2nd time, was for my daughter, and due to the previously mentioned issue, I SPECIFICALLY asked that the sausage burrito be hot, and they ensure that the cheese was melted. I open it in the drive thru, and of course the pile of cheese, eggs, and sausage were all cold. I hand it back, the manager comes to the window because now more customers are coming, he asked me to pull around, and he would bring out the order. I kindly decline, and he gets this sudden look on his face like he is going to make me move, and I let him know I will not move, my time is just as valuable as anyone else's time, and this may motivate them to not only hurry up but do things right going forward. He proceeds to argue and I just roll up my window. He literally stood in the window the whole time like a guard dog with this crazy look on his face. We got the food, and didn't end up eating it, just because I didn't trust them after the MANAGER stood at the window like he did. So today is the 3rd and final time I will have an issue with this location. I order 4 of the chick-fil-a chicken biscuits and gravy for each. I pull around as they asked because the were "making a new batch of gravy ". I get to work and get ready to hand out the food to my team, and the gravy is the consistency of water. I get it all back, call and ask for a manager. The lady that answers places me on hold, and comes back to the line. I confirm she is the person I was JUST speaking to and ask why the hold and no confirmation she was the manager! I explained the issue, and she proceeds to tell me the gravy is always watery when they first make it, I don't even bother to confront this idiotic lie and tell her I'm on my way and would like it correct. She tells me they will add more mix and will have it ready. I get there, and she comes to the window, and I simply ask what the issue is with the morning team and why they can't seem to get orders correct and on time, she litteraly says "sorry" and walks away. So I get her name, Maddie, and assure them I will be calling corporate since they can't responsibility handle complaints at their level. My suggestion will be to get a new morning team, especially the managers. In ALL my years of going to chick-fil-a In California, Texas, and Arizona, NEVER ONCE have I had a single issue, and in the last 2 month's have had 3 at this single location. Should I continue to go to chick-fil-a, I will gladly drive to Chandler before going to this one a half mile from my home. Such a disappointing representation of...
Read moreWorst service ever. I'm a truck driver and was driving a tractor with a 53 foot trailer. I came to this location after working for 12 hours to grab some food as it's conveniently located off the freeway. Only to find out that they're only doing drive thru and mobile orders. The lobby was closed. Which I understand due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I got with one of the employees to make an order and they REFUSED to take my order and told me to use the mobile app or the drive thru after informing the employee that I'm in a tractor trailer and won't fit in the drive thru the employee just told me to download the app and order it that way. I couldn't do that because the app was being glitchy and not allowing me to process my order. I informed the employee again and asked for help and was told to only keep on trying before the employee walked away annoyed. After being frustrated I asked the employee again if there is any other way I can make the order I was told no but she can get the manager. Minutes later I seen the manager take food to a customer's car and walk in the opposite direction I asked her loudly for her help as she was walking away and she ignored myself. Then I proceeded to ask another employee to please get me a manager and was completely ignored by the employee as they walked in the building. Finally fed up with the employees and establishment I left. I waited 15 to 20 minutes for help and got none. I couldn't eat for hours later because I would have ran out of time on my hours of service and had to drive back to my yard to drop off my truck and trailer HORRIBLE...
Read moreSo usually when I come to this location I never have a problem. However this particular time I did. I went inside to order and the cashier Micayla was very kind and patient with me while I ordered. I decided on a Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and large fry, and to drink I had a medium half lemonade/sweet tea. I asked Micayla once she had given me my receipt if I could have fresh fries. It didn’t seem like a problem. Less than 2-3mins later Taylor (another worker) approached Micayla and I with a bag. I asked Taylor if that was for me? She answered yes. I continued to ask if the fries were fresh she explained that they were. I pulled one fry off the top and it seemed to be okay. However, I ordered a large and the rest were either too soggy or too hard and tasted stale like they had been sitting out for awhile. The sandwich however tasted fine and so did the beverage. I called the store to explain the situation with the and Taylor explained that she was the one that helped me and watched me eat a fry and leave the store (very rudely). Taylor explained that she would have the manager contact me. I truly believed Chick-fil-A was built on kindness and courtesy but unfortunately I didn’t see it from that particular employee. It takes a few minutes to rectify a situation rather than make someone feel like they are a bother. “ if these are considered fresh fries I might only order a sandwich if I return to...
