Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Phoenix

“It’s definitely NOT their pleasure” here!

I’m so glad this wasn’t my first experience with Chick-Fil-A, because it would surely be my last time with the brand! Earlier today I was working in downtown Phoenix, and decided to skip the free lunch, go on a 15 minute brisk walk past tons of other businesses & local restaurants to order a Cobb salad with an order of fries on the side.. (don’t judge me, just stay with me here). As I walked in this store for the first time just before the lunch time rush, I noticed a sign on the register directing all customers to order via the mobile kiosks on the left. (Insert eye roll here). While standing in line, I began to load funds on my chick-fil-a app to speed up my checkout process while I waited my turn to order. Upon ordering on the kiosk, I learned that checking out with the app/qr code wasn’t an option, nor was using rewards as currency. Ugh

Sometime after ordering my food, my number and name were called to pick up my order from the counter. I asked a team member for an additional pkg of avocado lime ranch dressing, and was told that I would need to pay .50 for it (no other location in my experience has ever done this). I responded saying that I wasn’t able to add it to my order at the kiosk, so how am I to pay for it? The cashier tossed it in my bag, turned her back and walked away. As I said thank you, there was no response. Not even the standard Chick-Fil-A response every customer loves to hear… To add insult to injury, I returned to work only to find that no utensils were placed in my bag to eat my salad with. i love patty. she should get employee of the year. her loud booming voice lights up the entire room. during my visit, she was very welcoming and was working very hard wiping tradh cans. she even gave spartacus a free shake. so kind of patty. best employee. would visit again. 10/10. i do carteeels for patty. love patty. go patty!!!! 🔥🇺🇸🦅 WHEN I HROW UP. You never accept that in Chick-fil-A something like this, we had the worst experience at this place there was no customer service at all. No greetings no thank you nothing ,it felt like they didn’t want to help us they told us oh our menu it’s not working and we have only a few things available then we told them oh then you should have a biscuit. You should have hash browns, biscuit, if you have coffee, then the cashier told us. Oh, we have that beginning she mentioned they have only few things, if the restaurant is open all equipments should be operational and all the food available, so why they are not serving is very questionable for Chick-fil-A because the serving food menu is not necessary item, they should know what they are selling.
