Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Phoenix

I arrived at the restaurant around 11:50 a.m. There were 3 servers working. There was petite young lady at the counter was taking an large order for a gentleman (she instantly greeted me and told me she would be a while but she will be with me asap) There was a young lady with long braids in a grey/black shirt who was serving a large group of about 9 - 12 people. Then there was a older lady in a pink shirt who had maybe 3 tables who were already eating. I stood at the counter waiting for Miss. Petite to finish the gentleman's order. Five minutes later they were still going over the order so I stood at the counter to see the Ms. Pink would come and ask if I needed help she looked me in my face and didn't greet me she just picked something up from behind the counter and moved on. So I went to take a seat near Ms. Petite and waited for her to finish with the gentleman. I waited about 20 minutes passed and Ms. Petite is taking the big order. As I was waiting Ms. Pink walked by me at least 3-4 times. Not once did she ask if I had been helped or anything. Miss Braids had been floating back and forth between her large table and the kitchen for the duration of the time I was there. As I waited, a guy came in and Miss Petite told him she would be with him in moment she's just finishing up the order she was working on but I would be next, the guy said okay and started to wait. Within 2 minutes Ms. Pink asked the guy if she could help him walked him over to server's station and took his order. She then came to one of the tables she was serving that was just across from me and ask him if he needed anything and then walked passed me and went to the kitchen. A DoorDash person came in to pick up orders and Ms. Pink instantly attended to him to let him know the order was still being prepared. Ms. Petite finished the large order and then took my order as I waited for order to be prepared Ms. Pink again assisted with a DoorDash person when they came in. After waiting for about 45 minutes I still had not gotten my order everyone who had came in after me had received their order and left. Miss Braids (who had just finished with her large group) came over and asked me if I had received my order yet I told her I had not she asked my name and went to get my order which had been sitting on the counter by the kitchen for a while and brought it to me. As I walked out the door Ms. Pink was standing at the door and proceeds to say have a nice day. I feel she was being condescending she didn't once acknowledge me as I waited to order, didn't once ask I waited for my order to come out check on it. My service was subpar. I understand Miss. Petite was busy but she could've taken a moment to ask for someone to come and take my order since the one she was doing was taking so long and as for Ms. Pink. She was passive aggressively rude and had extremely back customer service. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVER.
