This star is just for one of the employees, Amy who was the only nice person there. She kept smiling and helping but the rest of the employees were very unfriendly with no smile on their face at all. The first girl who served me seemed very bother and she showed it more when I asked her about the key for the restroom. I don't live here, I just come for work at the Imm court as an interpreter. When they served me, they didn't put fork, ketchup, and salt on my package. I approched to the manager, Omar to ask for these. He was serving another client who was also asking for ketchup. Omar looked very bother and just trew him some of ketchup on the table. The client asked for more and he looked more bother and trew some more. It was now my turn to ask him. I hadn't finished when Omar turned back and grabed some ketchup and trew it. I said, I also need my fork and... He again turned back and gave me the fork, turned back and walked away inmediatelly. When I finished eating, I went to ask him for a plastic bag to take my lunch. He gave me a paper bag. I said, can you please provide me a plastic bag? He said, "It is a bag!" I said, I need a plastic bag because I am traveling to the airport and this bag gets...He again didn't let me finish and just started lauphing at what I said. He gave me a plastic bag and I said what was so funny, he looked at me showing me the paper bag and said, "It's a bag!" While continuing lauphing. I looked at him and wanted to explain him but decided no to loose my time with a rude and bully person. I wanted to say, if you just wait for a client to finish her request, you'll be able to understand instated of luphing at a customer. Anyway, I now was able to understand why the rest of the employees were so rude and unfriendly with no smile on their face, all because of their rude manager. I think any aspirant to assistant or manager, should have a course of businees so they can learn customer sevice and business law because for lack of good service they, brake business laws. It is not jus a job or a check. Any job is good and you should do it with commitment because it is not just providing you a check but shaping your personality so you can advance on the work field and continue being able to provide for yourself and family before you'll have a bad backwround and not being able to sustain yourself. Every job is a bless and we should serve as a bless because that way we are providing to the community and avoinding homelessness. I hope they do something there or put the ketchups and all things a client needs to avoid employees to get bother serving costumbers that way. It is sad but I think this is one of the reasons, business preffer robots doing these jobs! It become worse for corporate or owners because due to having this kind of bad custumer service, many bussines go to banckrupcy. Hope corporate do somenthing to stop these horrible bad service...
Read moreUpdate4/04/2021 Place is usually good but the manager I have respected for years disappointed me this last visit. I ordered some food for the homeless, which she only knew because one of the ladies did come in with me, and the second man I offered a few dollars because he came in with a few quarters, not enough to buy a meal and drink. Her comment was "don't give away all your money to these people". Her second comment was when the second guy was leaving she said see he was trying to steal from me saying he did not get what he ordered.
First off, as a manager or employee, you should never tell someone what to with their money; especially if those individuals were not causing any issue. I am almost 40 years old and know what I am doing. My ministry is to help the homeless, and I what God gives me I share when I can, and that trip was planned for who the Lord would bring. I never make announcements, I just go. Secondly, what a cruel statement to make infront of people who are going through things. That was never her place to make either statements. And with all the gentleness I could muster I shared with her the second statement. I disregarded the first because I am not there to embarrass her nor cause the situation to escalate. That was between her and the Lord.
She tried to call out the second man but I honestly did not hear or see him do anything she said. I can not confirm or deny the incident, but he had extra money. I told her if he did something wrong she deal with that ir let the Lord do it. Her job was not to tell me what he did or did not do.
After sharing my piece, I ended up ordering two more orders, and I will says she maintained her professionalism after that. Not everyone can do that. I've seen her behave better when it comes to the homeless so I can imagine she was tired or had a bad day. Nonetheless, in the future she should not make her opinions known, again especially if it did not directly affect her or anyone there in the store.
Usually good but last night the closed lobby when I got there at 10:45PM. Was told by another it was closed since 10:30 and posted to their door was a ridiculous sign as you'll see in the picture. 😁
Also yellow cones blocked the drive-through which I forgot to take a pic. Two drivers hilariously reversed I. The drive-through and I could see them serve them.😂😂😂😂 Lobby hours...
Read moreNot MUCH....you can do, about the atmosphere, unfo. There are many many people in that part of the city.... that are struggling..... to say, the least; thus, the dining room...looked, pretty worked over. Staff tho, were working QUITE hard...as many people waiting, inside, and altho there was an empty drive through when I pulled in..... less than 3 minutes later there were five cars already in the queue.
Young female working there was amazing and awesome and super kind polite attentive Etc, however...... I didn't observe many of her customer interaction, three different instances. Did not catch, her name.
WHY... cuzzzzzz as a self-appointed customer svc guru....all eyes + ears....were on, a young man, to be later identified, as Andrew.
The exhibited similar customer focus behaviors, support, being a resource, etc... but I was fortunate enough to observe more than half a dozen of these, including, my own. You have to take a leap of faith here, but this does young person... TRULY hit it ...out of the park. Is posture, his eye contact..... His ability to sincerely ask the next human what he can possibly assist with, his speed his follow-up and offering of anything else he can help with...all, at almost ...lightening speeds. BUT, w/o giving off ANY impression, of being overwhelmed or, bizzy for bizzy's sake, or bouncing around to simply, hurriedly, put out...the next fire. NOPE. None of that. He was committed.... He was communicating.... He was exuding, both competence and concern/care....in a, train the trainer.. level of expertise. Truly felt like I was watching a video on my first day of work there, ya know.
Apologies, for not cleaning this up and making it more brief or succinct. Best part is.... I wasn't looking for this. If anything..... By the conditions of the floor and a couple of tables I helped clean up while I was waiting... My mindset was expected that the behind the counter service...would likely be, a hot mess.
I hope, some of this feedback, gets back to him. Yes I will get it on the company's website to make sure that it does.
I truly HOPE he understood, when I commended and complimented him telling him my hat was off ...to all of those in his family.... and or siblings, teachers, parents grandparents EVERYONE, for helping to mold, guide,...
