The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Phoenix

I've been here a few times as I work close by, and I usually don't have time to run to Starbucks. The service is quick, sometimes, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Most of time, there out of things in the case. Most of time there out of coffee options on the menu. If you have the app, and have a reward to use, according to what it says on there, it's good for any of this or any of that. No exclusions listed. When you show up, order, your told 'no that's not included' ok.. so the app is not right? It's lying? And you better not ask any questions, god forbid, because you'll be met with an eye roll or annoyed sighs. Remember, it's your fault there out of things on the menu. There's just an overall air of awkward annoyance whenever I go in there. It's super dead in there to whenever I've gone. Let that say...

First time trying their drinks and I have to say they offer very good drinks with great coffee flavor. Which is great because we don’t like watered down coffee!! Prices are reasonable. My family really enjoyed their drinks 🤗 I was just a little bummed because I ordered the Iced Ube Coconut Cream Latte with Boba. However, when I got my drink it didn’t have boba. I asked the employee about it and she said that after 6pm they don’t sell boba 🤔 I wish she would have mentioned that when I placed the order or a sign in the store that said after 6pm no more boda. Seems odd but anyways just keep that in mind if you order drinks with boba. After downloading their app it does state the boba time frame, but again it was my first time. Will definitely...

Great drink here. But the service is horrible. Erica (the employee there) was very rude. I want the same drink every time I’m there. Never have a problem. This time, she keep questioning how many pump of syrup I want. Gave me a look when I ask any question at all. I also have a discount code. She refused to use it because they don’t do promotion at this location. That’s not true because I have been coming here since it was opened. Even if they can’t scan it, they normally just enter the code manually. Very disappointed! I hope they are...
