Upstairs At Flint — Restaurant in Phoenix

Invited my sister to join me for a nice night out at this event. We enjoyed the classic hummus that was offered for Yelpers. For cocktails I lean towards gin so I chose the Shades of Cool no.2 with pepper infused gin and aloe vera... very refreshing.

We thought about sharing multiple apps because so many sounded good, but ultimately we couldn't pass up the truffle pizza. The flavors were so decadent and delicious. I wasn't going to be the person who asks for ranch with my gourmet pizza, but when our waitress offered it I figured there must be a reason. It was gourmet ranch, very dill forward, and it was amazing with the pizza crust.

By this time we were stuffed, but when you're reviewing a restaurant you need to dapple the whole menu, right?! Furthermore, you need to try more than one dessert... so we shared. The butterscotch cream with sea salt was creamy and rich and a perfect choice to end on. But... we also tried the warm cinnamon sugar donuts dipped in coffee mousse. We couldn't finish it but it was so yummy as well.

We held a 50th birthday party here and had the best time! The entire staff was amazing to work with, from the event planning to the party itself. The atmosphere is fabulous, views outstanding, food was delicious, and drinks were so tasty and unique. We made some great memories for a milestone and want to thank everyone for taking care of our large group.
