Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I order a very simple plain bagel with extra cream cheese. What I received was a bagel with VERY light cream cheese only on ONE side of the bagel and NOTHING on the other side. It truly was a joke!!!! I tried making light with the young lady behind the counter before hand because I could tell she was stressed she was the only one working and told her I was in no rush so please don't worry. She stated to me "This is why management wonders why we have upset customers." I told her "I'm in no rush, so don't worry." I then told her what I wanted which like I said was very simple. Mind you, there wasn't anyone else in the store the entire time I was there except the one person she was taking care of at the drive thur when I walked in. She walked anyway, made my bagel and I was good to go. I'm happy that I was only walking next door to the tattoo place, because once I saw what she gave me after I told her I wanted extra cream cheese and really gave me nothing. I walked back. This time I emphasized exactly what I told her the first time. What gets me is the fact that she even repeated exactly what I said when I first ordered. I know she heard me. I was craving an iced coffee, and Dunkin' is my to-go-to every single time, so of course, I decided to stop here while on vacation in PF. This was my very first visit and most certainly my last!

The closest Dunkin' from where I live (in NC) is in Erwin, TN. My order is always the same everywhere I go, and it costs me $7 something after tax. I ordered a medium iced Americano with 1 extra shot of espresso + added syrups and such + 1 extra shot of espresso on the side. My total was over $9!!! Why?? That's fine, but I literally received milk and espresso!! There was nothing sweet about my drink despite the fact my order consists of 3 cream, 2 blueberry, 3 coconut, 2 brown sugar, and 2 butter pecan. There was literally NO flavor in there, and I had to ask for ice because I had about 4 pieces in the cup. Not to mention the drink was not even filled to the top! There was literally me and 1 other vehicule in line and 2 other cars in the parking lot. What went wrong? You literally had time to perfect my drink if you had any urge to try.

Unfortunately I don’t do reviews, but when I do they are honest. This morning my friend and I went to Dunkin, I got myself a chocolate milk and avocado toast without bacon, I receive my avocado toast with bacon and barely any spread. My friend got a dragon fruit energy drink and a bagel sandwich with egg bacon cheese. Unfortunately the boys working this morning sept.29th looked like they just didn’t care at all, we have already been waiting 10 minutes for her sandwich while others are being brought out to people who ordered after her. I went up and asked about her food and they looked at me and shrugged. She ended up having to leave without a refund and without a sandwich that she paid for because she had to be at work at a certain time, that’s why we came to Dunkin as early as we did so we had time to both get food before work. Unfortunately one of us got the food, the other did not. Today’s service wasn’t good at all but the only one who seems to care was that sweet elderly woman who worked the cash register! Other than her I rate the rest of the workers a 0/10. The shrug is what did it for us, just knew they didn’t really care at that point. But in this economy what more can you expect from Gen Z...
