could kill someone!! Overall terrible experience. My girlfriend ordered hers fist and the blonde girl took the order. Asked all the usual questions then goes I’m sorry I forgot everything I just asked grabbed a paper and asked them all again. I figured she was new and was learning so wasn’t bothered by this at the time. I place my order next loaded chipotle grinder. I stated 3 times no cheese at all as I am very allergic to cheese. I watched her write it down so never thought to check my order while there. Got back to my hotel and took a bite out of my sandwich and immediately tasted the cheese, spit it out and opened the sandwich to find it was stuffed with cheese and they didn’t put any chipotle sauce at all. I called them and said that they seriously messed up and that I would like a new sandwich… her response “the stove is off so I can just refund you” I said absolutely not I just spent 60 dollars on 4 sandwiches for my family and that I wanted the dinner i paid for. Phone went silent for literally a minute and then she goes I’ll remake it. I get back about 2 minutes and the blonde girl greats me with lots of attitude and no apology. I informed her that if your going to be making food you need to pay attention you could kill somebody with serious allergies “like me”. She tells me me “well I put no cheese on the ticket” then the cook chimes in saying she didn’t read the ticket and put cheese on it anyways. Anyways I leave with my new sandwich and get home and now my loaded chipotle grinders is literally just chicken and chipotle sauce no peppers, lettuce, or any of the other toppings.

Not only was the guy rude but he didn't pay attention to our order at all. My mom ordered first and the guy looked at her like she was stupid when she was putting her order in. Only because she requested a chicken bacon ranch but didn't call it by number. She also stated twice she didn't want lettuce on her sandwich only to see them making her sandwich and put a handful of lettuce on it. I then ordered my two sandwiches two Chipotles one with out onions and peppers and the other with everything. This guy is staring me down so I know he hears my requests.get home and there is onions and peppers on both. And they weren't chipotle either. Before we left my mom even asked the guy a question where he turned and scolded her again at this point my mom called him out on his rudeness. Tall skinny man with whiteish looking hair. Very rude and obviously a bad listener. There wasn't even anyone in the store so I guess they were upset we Interupted there slow time. Even the short darker skin woman was rude and wasnt a good listener either. Like it's not hard to make sandwiches and if you hate your job that much go find a new one. I spent 44 bucks on the 3 Sandwhiches and at that price I should atleast get the correct orders. Won't be coming back ever. I find it ironic that another customer had a problem with mustard as I did too. I was next in line but not greeted. The 2 women were mumbling and looking at something on the floor, which one then proceeded to pick up. I said "Not a bug??" and was finally acknowledged (no, a tomato seed, at least she changed her glove). I felt invisible before but the following customer service made me feel like I was being made fun of by the woman with purple hair while her 2 female coworkers smirked. I asked for brown mustard and she said we don't have that and then asked if I wanted yellow mustard or spicy mustard or mayo? I said spicy mustard. She said huh?? We don't have parmesan cheese honey we never have. I said no MUSTARD and she said That's not what you said. Uh yes it was, twice. She looked down at the sandwich and made an exasperated face with wide eyes, like I was stupid. I didn't notice her put on my onions so at the end I asked for those, and she slowly said They're.
