Went with my girl to have one last enjoyable experience before we head back home. Bought our passes online for unlimited Karting, Golf, and Lazer tag for $90. We got there and I was excited to race for as long as we wanted and maybe play a Lil golf and Lazer tag with her. Was told that the carts wasn't working and that was such a let down. Asked about if we could get anything for the arcade to at least get recompensated for one less activity that our passes included and the lady, nice lady BTW, said no. Not even a $5 dollar credit to play in the arcade. My disappointment went through the roof.
We did play mini golf and lazertag with one game each. We enjoyed ourselves since we alway find a way to 🥰but not enough to play multiple times so the games itselfs were meh to say the least.
Minigolf was not to be missed especially when there's a more dedicated minigolf attraction nearby. There was a total of 1 whole 18 hole course. Each one were lackluster. Only 2 had me saying "Ooo".
Lazer tag had distracted me from the disappointment as i played against my girlfriend and 2 other kids. We enjoyed ourselves but it was very warm, humid, and smell a bit of sweat.
Arcade games were expensive. The points or tickets to play can go insanely fast. Some games weren't worth the amount that they were.
While yes, I should have asked or called before purchasing online to have avoided being disappointed as much as I was. Everything else still remains least to be desired. The fact we couldn't at the very least get something to get recompsated with something small for the Karting hurt the most. We went to 2 other places to kart and each for $12 single kart racing so we got to enjoy ourselves very much with that.
Tldr; Bought 2 unlimited passes for 3 activities for the whole day, Karting, golf, and Lazer tag a very good deal. Karting was unavailable and No recompensation. Arcade games more expensive than it should be. Mini golf and Lazer tag seemed pretty outdated in of itself.
I wouldn't come back here with the experience that i got. Especially since there's many other places...
Read moreUpdated post: we went back 2 days later and had a great experience early in the day. Everyone was exceptional at helping us buy arcade credits and Lazer tag games. Great experience. Could have been an off day.
We had a frustrating experience yet, with assistance from associate, Cole, we solved some of our issues. We purchased the "Park hopper" 5 attraction pass which can be used at either Xtreme and Lazerport. We used 2 attractions at Xtreme and attempted to use our other 3 at Lazerport. We were in a group of 8 and 1 of our cards wouldn't scan the remaining 3 attractions. One of our members had to miss our Lazer tag game to try to talk with the front desk about the problem. The front desk repeatedly shut down our problem and said we would have to drive back to Xtreme to figure it out and discuss our issues with Xtreme because they wouldn't and couldn't help us there at Lazerport with anything since our cards were purchased at the other location. We only had a limited amount of time to use our attractions that evening due to some of our kids. We were unable to use 3 attractions purchased from one of our cards. Cole heard us discussing our problems with the cards and attractions and offered to hear us out and asked how he could help. He took us over to the front desk to try to discuss the issue with the front desk and she immediately said "I already told them they have to talk to Xtreme because we can't do anything." No apologies. no discussions. No hearing us out. Just an agitated tone sending us away. Cole apologized to us again for our issues and offered us a complimentary mini golf game for our troubles. We felt heard and even though he couldn't fix our card. Cole is a 5 star employee with great customer service skills. Park hopper purchasers beware!! They can't or won't communicate between locations! Not to mention the 3rd "Park hopper" location is closed. Picture of sign included for explanation of advertisement for the "Park hopper" The only reason this is a 3 star review is because of Cole. He truly tried his best and...
Read moreThis was my family’s first time visiting (family of five. kids; 5,7, &9) we were told that if we bought the wristband (blue one with numbers 1-5) that we would be able to use it at their other two locations (xtream racing, and speed zone fun park) or if we didn’t get through everything that we would be able to come back the next day and they would still be honored. The next day we decided to visit speed zone fun park where we quickly learned that there was no such location and that it had been torn down.. so we moved on and tried to visit xtream Racing and we were not able to participate since there was no double karts. After arriving back at lazer point fun center we notified one of the employees behind the counter of the situation and only received a “sorry.” However, it wasn’t till a little later into our visit that we were told if we want we could trade in our last number (#5 from the wristband) for a $10 arcade card. On top of that one of the guests leaving gave us their all-day pass bands and we were able to ride as much as we wanted, on top of that!! The gentleman behind the counter gave my son $27 arcade card!! (when they are only supposed to be $10) How nice! Overall experience was not that bad, although it would have been nice to have updated information about how your wristbands work, or maybe train all staff to give out the same information to minimize blaming others. I mean even the sign above their go-karts states they have three locations to visit…. Update your info for...
