Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pigeon Forge

I had an awful time at little Ceasars in pigeon fordge. It took me over an hour to aquire 1 cheese pizza and crazy bread. The women taking the order was also incredibly rude. I went through once and ordered and she said "park and come back in 10 minutes and it'll be ready" I park and wait 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes I got in line, it took over half an hour before I got back to the front. So at this point I have waited 45 minutes for something that's supposed to be "hot and ready" and when I get to the window she says "what do you want " and I said "the cheese pizza I ordered. I'd also like to get crazy bread." She says "well you didn't pay for a cheese pizza so it's going to be at least 20 more minutes."

She didn't tell me to prepay, then was rude that I didnt. She specifically said park and come back in 10 minutes.

So at this point it's been almost an hour and I was told to wait 20 more minutes. So I prepay and wait 20 more minutes.

I got here at 8, it's currently 9:15 and I still have not received my food. I just keep being told it'll be longer. I watched an abundant amount of other people get fed while I sit in the car with my hungry kid ignored and belittled.

Honestly was supposed to be a nice treat for my family as they mourn their uncle today and this was incredibly distasteful and disrespectful.

We are local and normally have really good experiences with this location but tonight was the exception.

We made our order online. It said it would be 14-18 minutes. We got there on time. They immediately had us to park and wait for "7 minutes." We got any email saying it was ready. We went back through the drivethru and she said it would be "5 more minutes" even though the email said it was ready.

I got another email 14 minutes after the first email saying it was ready again. This time we waited because they had a ton of people parked and 3 cars in the drive thru. It was at least 20 minutes after the second email that we got the pizza. It was cold. The time on the receipt on the box said it was ready when we received the first email. So basically our order sat there for 30 minutes and got cold, all because someone else ordered a 20+pizza order and that's what they tending to.

They shouldn't neglect their smaller orders for someone who has a huge order. The time it tells you it will be ready online when you order should reflect any large orders...

We tried to call the restaurant to order ahead. The automated line said that we should order on the app. I tried to order on the app. After having my whole order in the cart when I went to checkout I received the message that this store was not accepting online orders. I tried to call back. I was out on a never ending cycle telling me to order in the app. Nothing I pressed allowed me to order via phone. I arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing. When I tried to place my order I was told by a very rude cashier that “we ain’t cooking nothing but pepperoni cause we close in 15 minutes.” DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
