First actual bad interaction Iāve had at Starbucks in general. I mobile ordered ahead and I go in and go to the pickup side where one should usually go to pick up. Iām from out of state and in mine usually they ask who you are picking up for in case itās ready, they did not. I get there and the lady working there said in a rude tone you have to order over there, so I said I have a mobile order for such and such name and she rudely points to an order thatās behind the counter and says nothing else at all. 1 Iām not going to just reach into your space because thatās rude and I hate it when people do that at my job. 2 Iām not just going to grab an order not knowing if itās mine or not because sometimes they have to remake it once you take it and it wastes product. 3 how am I supposed to know thatās mine when none of the name labels are facing out of their area and it wasnāt called out (I was not there when it was called). She had her cell phone in her hands attempting to call. We had already made two trips through the drive-thru because they stated ā itās against policyā to take two orders in a vehicle. To our understanding Their inside was CLOSED. As I left the drive through and my drink with no ice was inaccurate and had ice. I will have this added and the window being shut in my face to my cooperate complaint. There is no reason for me to go through the drive thru to have this fixed because again the cops were being threatened to be called already. If I could do ZERO stars I would!! My junior high school child definitely learned from this experience for how not to treat people, not customers but people. . All around...

As we watched each employee make drinks none of of ours were being made which was false information wasnāt provided to us.
