The service today was disgusting! I often visit your establishment with Dordash or Uber delivery. There was always excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere! Today, forgive me for being rude, it’s like they poured a bucket of dirt on me with their attitude towards me. there were 3 employees. I went to pick up an order for a client. There was a general queue (in all establishments they serve out of turn), I was told to wait. I stood there for about 30 minutes, everyone was served, even those who came after me. I felt disgusting. Delivery time was running out, we also have valeishens for late delivery of food to the client. And I also want to earn money for my working day. I didn’t understand this attitude towards myself. It turned out that the order for my client had been ready for a long time. until I arrived. I saw two ready-made packages standing there. but for some reason no one wanted to just give them to me. I just wasted my time. is such a relationship really possible? And my client also received his food at the wrong time and cold! I beg you to sort it out! I’m very sorry for this attitude!😔👎 I want mutual respect...

I ordered twice from this store on two separate occasions. I paid almost $20 for both my smoothies and doordash and the experience just keeps getting worse! I am allergic to bananas and the first time i placed my order acai without banana sub kiwi they put banana in my order. I overlooked it because mistakes happen and we are human beings. But the second purchase the smoothie had literally no taste, like there was nothing but water and ice and i know for a fact that it was not a doordash issue because the smoothie came to me with the same consistency as if i had went in the store. The only thing that they passed on was maybe sealing my lid. But I can say that I have given you guys one too many chances and I will not be ordering from here again. It is crazy that i pay $20 for a smoothie through doordash, for it to come to me tasting like a glass of water with ice. I might have been more satisfied just buying a bottle of water....

Clean and great service, one star lost due to the use of expanded polystyrene foam cups which aren't recyclable by the local waste department and are not environmentally friendly, hope the franchise will consider biodegradable cups in future. One star lost as whilst this place may offer lighter options compared to some of the fast food places in the area, some of the drinks are massively high in sugar, and dangerous for diabetics/prediabetics, take time to check the full nutritional information which is available online. I had a mocha madness smoothie, stated to contain 'chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, non-fat yogurt' that packed a whopping 124g of carbs, over 100 grams of sugar, and 540 calories, which is no healthier than a bag of candy, so proceed...
