Level 7 — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

There are a few reasons why my score for this place is so low, service in terms of how I was treated was great, but prices were outrageous, for 4 drinks $85 is insane, view is good, but the outside area of this bar, was not clean at all imo. The glass table was stained with previous glasses, there were spiderwebs on the fence too. So I can't give this place a good score. Except for the bartender who was really friendly and good. But overall, I wouldn't come back here again, the prices are not worth the money, nor is view. It is nice, but not breathtaking. Cocktails were great too. But still, way to insane. I left a 15$ tip so ended up spending $100 just for two hours

We must have hit this place on a bad night. I'm looking at the pictures of the charcuterie boards from other reviews, and that is NOT what we received, not even close. For $26 we got 1 sclice of toast (cut in 3 pieces), 3 slices of cheese, and a few olives. It would have been laughable if I wasn't so angry at having been scammed on the price. The drink was beautifully presented and the outdoor area was nice, though a little small. I wouldn't go out of my way to hit this bar, but if you're already staying in the hotel it's a nice stop before heading out...

Super convenient spot for any guest staying at the AC Hotel since this bar is located in the lobby on the seventh floor. The bartender is very friendly and helpful. It’s a full bar with your typical selection of drinks. Limited bar menu is available between 5pm and 10pm. Large bar area can sit close to 20 around the bar. Addition seating is available on the rooftop patio overlooking the river and the district across the river. They don’t have happy hour but prices are very comparable to other bar restaurants...
