Additionally, Tilden does not serve food, which is a major drawback. Having bar snacks like chips, peanuts, or pretzels would be a simple yet effective improvement. Currently, this lack of food options merits a 3-star rating.

Regarding drinks, the club charges $5.00 for non-alcoholic beverages like ginger ale and cranberry juice. Given the flat taste of the ginger ale and the high price for soft drinks, this is another area where Tilden falls short, deserving another 3-star rating.

One of the most troubling aspects is the blatant drug usage and transactions happening on the premises. It's clear that the management has turned a blind eye to this issue, creating an unsafe environment. This significant oversight earns Tilden just 1 star for safety and management.

One j came in the door, there was a male and female staff who were very nice to me . I explained to them my head injury and that i wasnt drunk and they were very kind, the dude told me how he had been in the military for 16 years.

They explained to me that the membership was $40 and it was good thru the end of Dec. The reason that i only gave them 4 sfars was that they didnt tell me if there were weekly, monthly or special events.

She wrote up my membership card and then the dude showed me upstairs....and then i Irealized, it's a gay bar!

I felf very comfortable at thr Tilden, the staf was very polite and helpful and the clientele upstairs, though on the young side, was also polite , though I did draw a lot of attention as the "new guy" who obviously wasn't gay. There was a big ""bear" who kept following me around and he kept trying to grab me from behind and would "thrust"...i sometimes come across as too submissive!My whole trip to the Tilden just made me crave the safety of my mistress. The "safe" factor was fine inside the bar, everyone wa s respectful minus the Bear, but outside i was followed by a couple dudes from the bar as i walked down the street Dress code: very casual. We come to tilden about every months well last night was the worst experience ever. Every bartender was disturbing at first I thought the guy was having a bad night so I brushed it off BUT NO EVERY bartender was extremely rude and the on was yelling at someone ovrr a tip. This place has truly went down hill over the last 2 years. You been warned

My friend reluctantly went there also this weekend purchased the whole membership thing to only be treated rudely by the bartender who was smoking while taking her order and casually blew the smoke in her face and when she made a comment about it, she decided to not wait on her n move to the next person. This place has gone so far downhill in the last year and there was an extra 9$ difference on 2 of cc charges in my bank this morning. So my only conclusion is the 1 tip was turned to 10 🤷‍♀️

EDIT: idk where the owners response went but it said there is no smoking behind the bar, well then it's sad the owner dont even know what is going on. The bartender was definitely smoking behind the bar. My friend is NOT crazy and the barmaid was VERY offended when the comment was made about blowing smoke towards her face while she was trying to place her drink order.
