It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Plainfield

Had lunch at the Plainfield Indiana today. The server named Charlotte waited on me and a coworker. She was careless with serving and should not have a job in that arena. She got our drinks but never did ask if everything was good or do we need a refill. We were there an hour so the whole time she did not check on us. When it came time to settle up after more than an hour my coworker told her she had two minutes or we were walking out. She got the ticket to me and told here to put it on my phone. Big mistake. She put other orders on my phone. What a thief and witch. The restroom were disgusting as well. There's a sign there of what type of management and servers they have. Hate to think what the cooks do when they're doing their thing. No paper towels and there was no dryer. There were crumbs and sauce on the chairs and the place had a smell of dead chicken. We ordered through DoorDash. My husband got boneless and I got bone in. My husband’s ordered the honey sriracha and they were pretty good. I ordered garlic parmesan and Santa Fe bone in wings. The food was great. Our waitress was so kind and courteous of us. When my mom's and friend's food came out subpar, she had the kitchen remake it. The manager apologized for our dining experience not being the best since we couldn't eat together, so their plate (they shared) was taken off our bill. We had dessert after that. I've always loved chili's for its food, but also for its customer service....
