Wingstop — Restaurant in Plainfield

On 6/21/25, I went to the store & placed an order for 30 lemon pepper wings that were SO salty. ALL flats fried hard. When I got home & opened my order, it was ALL wrong. They gave me ALL dummies fried so hard that they were not even editable, I also ordered some cajun fries that were so SALTY too, that I'd you don't have high blood pressure you will after you eat from this restaurant. I called to talk with someone, and a female answered & took my number, but never called me back. So I called back today 6/22/25 after waiting on hold for so long it a female answers who name is (smiles ), at least, that's what she said her name is answers, so I explain to her the problem & she has the audacity to say there's nothing she can do because the order was placed yesterday. Oh, did I forget to mention she was not even a manager, telling a customer there's nothing she can do to right a wrong that they made, she kept saying g ill have to see, when the lady gets in, but there's nothing we can do. See this is the problem I have with these immigrants who run business in America, as a owner if you want a customer to continue supporting your business, you need to understand how it works here when you mess up someone order, you make it right or go back to your country where it's exceptable to respond like that, but not in America we work to hard for our money. I do take responsibility for nit checking my order, but I sent someone else went in & they did not check before they left, but if they ordered A9LL flats then that's what they should've got when you dropped the order. So, check your order before you leave. I will not patronize this wing stop again if they don't make it right. I have to find another wing stop with people who speak & understand proper...

I ordered through the app. The food was wrong. My fries were no where near done (I also ordered well done fries) I called and tried to explain. Lack of flavor, lack of sauce you can"t taste the flavor. Didn't put enough flavor sauce not like other wingstop rich of flavor and sauce.I was very disappointed.
