Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Plant City

This restaurant has hands down the worst management of any Pizza Hut I've ever been to.

Orders are constantly messed up. Pizzas come out either burnt or soggy. They never follow directions on the order, I.e you ask for no sauce on a pizza, you'll get extra sauce. Food often shows up cold when delivered (we're all of 2 miles from the store). They often forget things you paid for. One night we ordered two orders of wings. They showed up with the pizza, but forgot the wings. When they came back and delivered the wings, they weren't the right sauce or even bone in for that matter. Had to double check my email receipt to verify something wasn't ordered wrong; no, they just weren't paying attention.

If you like throwing your money in the trash, this is the store for you. For everyone else, order from one of the other numerous pizzarias...

So I ordered from here 2 weeks ago or so, I requested square cut, I got regular triangle cuts, stuff happens. Tonight I ordered on the app as always and this location has a drive up window to PICK UP your READY food order. I get there and wait 20 minutes behind some prick that ordered and sat in the window, after the employees left him sit for about 10 min, I yelled out the window twice for him to pull around because my food was ready and getting cold. He rolled up his window. Finally he leaves with his order I get mine, luke warm, ok I let that go. I get home with cold pizza and find out my large stuffed crust has been cut in triangle slices AND square cut. Very disappointed in this restaurant, there is a reason I go here maybe 3...

I ordered a pizza inline for carry out and then realized it was not going to let me pay for it online. I tried to call the store and pay for it with my debit card because the person I was sending to pick it up was not going to have any money on them. They told me that no that wasn't possible to do because there have been "too many credit card frauds" and that I was going to have to find another way to pay for it. No. If you can take card information over the phone for a delivery you can take card information for carry out!! If they want to use fraud an excuse than have an option online to pay for carryout! The person ordering is not always the person picking it up. Absolutely...
