Read moreI just visited this store and wanted a hot beverage since there’s a chill in the air. I asked for a Pumpkin Latte and the cashier said it was out of season already so I asked what other latte I could get and he stated “anyone you want.” Not a true statement when I was just told they were out. He ended up mentioning one. I bought it. I then get my name called the cup gets put down and I grabbed it. It was the wrong coffee with Splenda. Here’s where the bad customer service came in. I was very polite when I told the gentleman that made my coffee that he gave me the wrong coffee. He said “no you grabbed the wrong coffee.” I said no you put it down here and I grabbed it. He then went to say “It’s ok, you made a mistake, it happens.” What?!?! That is not a response to give to the customer and this took up most of my lunch break. I was at no time rude about it. If you make a mistake, apologize to the customer and offer to make a new one. I was treated like I made mistake and was treated rudely at the register. They definitely need customer service training or new mgmt…not going again even though it’s the closest. I’ll travel a little more to get good customer service and better treatment. Read moreOn 2/14/24 i waited in line at the drive thru at the 120 S Pine Island Road, Plantation Fl 33324 location. I got a medium hot coffee. I was handed a hot coffee with 2 cups. Without being told so. Also there was a sleeve on the second cup. After driving for a bit I took a sip and the hot coffee spilled all over my shirt, pants and car. Luckily It didn’t go on my face of bare skin. I was extremely extremely upset. Why was I not told that they had double cupped it? The top doesn’t go on whatsoever. It was just sitting on top unsecured due to the second cup.
I could of gotten seriously injured and burned. I missed work because of this and turned around to go in the store and speak with a manager.
A male named Fernando showed absolutely no remorse, he actually took the cup and just began to make a new one. He came back and I told him “I don’t think you understand the seriousness and severity of this. I could of been extremely injured and burned if this went on my face or bare skin.” He said he was sorry but seemed so busy to understand how serious this is.
