We arrived at 11:00 p.m. at the Pleasent Grove premises and asked the staff member if they were open and said they were still open, and proceeded to take our order to eat right there at the restaurant. We asked for our order to be boneless with the sauce apart but the girl did not take it correctly and at the time of giving it to us we kindly approached her and apologized for not having done it and prepared the other one again as soon as he mentioned it. At the end of our time eating there, someone seems to be the manager, turned off the light without saying that they were about to close. My friend came up to the front counter and asked to talk to the manager and asked him when it was closing time, to which he replied it was 12 a.m. and also told him that it was very rude to turn off the lights without warning us to leave in advance. It was still 7 minutes to close. The manager was too aggressive and started raising his voice arguing that we had treated the cashier very badly who previously attended us saying that we arrived at 11:30 and that it was too late to eat there, he even asked us to leave the store because we were causing discomfort. He warned us and threatened that we would not return to the store, that we would not be allowed to return because the next time we did, we would be kicked out. Personally, I was not silent as I said that, which will force me not to return to the Pleas Ant Grove location for my safety after this bitter event. I just noticed that he was laughing, and he made me feel very uncomfortable...
Read moreI’ve been to Wingstop before and had their wings. I love them (especially their hickory smoked bbq), but they aren’t the cheapest around. This was my first time at this location and I got their new 3 tender combo.
The location is small, gets crowded quickly, and for this experience I had, there were high schoolers throwing a football inside? At one point the ball was overthrown and hit the glass windows, but they weren’t reprimanded? They didn’t care about getting in the way of others or in peoples personal space. I would’ve appreciated the workers telling them that that is unacceptable in a dining area.
As for the workers, they were understaffed but very efficient. They helped everyone with a good attitude and were always quick to help those who ordered online/takeout.
The chicken tenders were very mediocre but I enjoyed the Hawaiian sauce. The fries were super oily with no salt on top and then oily with too much seasoning salt on the bottom half. Should the fries have been tossed after seasoning, (and not as oily) I probably would’ve liked them much more because there is a hint of sweet in the salt that made them really good.
Overall, I think I’ll stick to wings and takeout from Wingstop. No need for their sides, tenders, or lack of authority to stop reckless behavior in...
Read moreAs someone who owns and operates QSR locations, I always try to be understanding when it comes to these situations. I know how hard it can be to run a smooth operation. That said, my experience at this WingStop location yesterday was unacceptable, and it seems I’m not the only one based on other reviews.
We were the only customers in the restaurant, with three employees on shift. Initially, we planned to dine in, but it took so long that we eventually asked for our order to-go. When we turned around to speak with the staff, we saw them dancing instead of preparing our food.
When one of the employees finally came out to hand us the food, his attitude was rude and dismissive. When we expressed concern over how we were being treated, he shockingly told us to leave and essentially kicked us out.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. I’d be happy to have a conversation with the owners to share more about what happened and offer my perspective as a...
