I’ve ordered from Jersey Mike’s in Plymouth a couple times and I’ve had no problems. Tonight I placed an order on my app and I was told my order would be ready at 6:45. I arrived at 6:45 and was greeted by a young boy after about five minutes of waiting. He asked me if I my name was Heather and I told him my name and that I had ordered the big kahuna. He proceeded to continue to work on subs he was making. The other boy was making subs too. People started to come in and place their orders in person and they were being taken care of by the two boys. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked the boy if he could check and see if one of the two subs on the shelf in the back were mine. He said he would in a minute. After about five minutes he checked and he came back with one of the subs and put it in a bag and put it on the take-out shelf. He said nothing to me and continued making subs. I waited at least five more minutes and walked over to the back of the store into the kitchen area and ask the boy making a sub if he was just starting on my sub. He asked me if my name was Heather? I told him my name. He reached up and grabbed a sub it was on the shelf and handed it to me. It was my sub that was there from the moment I walked in . No bag, no sorry for keeping you waiting. That was it. Now I’m angry leaving the store with a cold sub that I paid 20+...
Read moreBeen to this location many times with no problems, but today I went here with my wife and ordered a giant sub as usual and when it came to adding toppings whoever put a little bit of onions on my sub and I asked for extra and he said no, I thought he was kidding so I asked again for more onion just said no I'm not going to do that. I'm not really sure what the deal with that was but when I'm ordering $40 worth of subs and I want 2 cents worth of onions on my sub I should be able to get it. I should be able to enjoy the sub the way I like it not the way some clerk thinks it should be made. Absolutely ridiculous. Unless this guy's like the owner and wicked cheap with is onions I don't know, but he piled on the lettuce way more than I wanted but for some reason onions were out of the question. Kind of ridiculous for that kind of money that I can't get a piddly amount of onions on my sub. May sound petty but why the heck can't I have the food the way I want it? I've never had a clerk dictate to me how I can eat my sandwich won't be coming back here. Lost a customer over like six pieces of onion. I hope the owner sees this and we'll remedy the situation to others can get the food the way they want it not the way some clerk thinks they should be eating...
Read moreI ordered a Stickball sub, with salami, provolone, ham, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, salt and pepper, the whole thing how it’s made. I came to pick it up, after 30 minutes of waiting for it to be made, for it to only have provolone cheese, salami, ham and bread lol. I went back to get it remade, and the customer service wasn’t up to par at all. I work at a customer service job and when you mess something up, the proper thing to do is to apologize for the inconvenience and offer to make a new one. She didn’t do this. She just looked at me, asked if I want it remade, and when she gave me the sandwich that she remade, gave me a free sub coupon and asked if I wanted to also keep the sub that was made wrong. I said no, of course, because why would I want to keep the wrongly made sandwich?? Now, I’m home, and I realize that they didn’t give me the Parmesan crusted bread that I asked for. It isn’t that hard to follow instructions and have good customer service skills. This experience makes me not want to come back here. My coworkers sandwich also had way too much ranch on it, absolutely drowning it. I don’t understand why it’s such a hard thing to do. Just read what’s on the sandwich and make it. Not going back for a third remake...
