Pothole at the main entrance. Drive Thru order consistently gets screwed up despite me ordering the same way every time. I shouldn’t have to be crossing my fingers for the person taking my order to enter it correctly. I ordered a MEDIUM double stack biggie bag with ranch and a Dr Pepper plus a crispy chicken sandwich that I tried using the app to get it for $1. What I receive was a value size drink (diet root beer not Dr Pepper) and a value fry so great must not have paid attention to me specifically asking for a medium despite it being the first word out of my mouth. I got zero ranch or any dipping sauce at all for that matter. I also had him scan my QR code for the dollar crispy chicken and even that didn’t work so my usual order comes out to 7.70 or around there and I ended up paying over 9 dollars to get less than I usually do. Absolutely unacceptable. Whoever was working the drive thru at 2:10 on 3/2 needs to be retrained or get the earwax cleaned out of his ears because when I pulled to the window to pay I made it a point to tell him this is what the order was and he said it was all set assuring me it was right when clearly it was not. Awesome food and amazing customer service ..fast, friendly and always done correctly with consistency...no matter what you have to eat, it always taste exactly how it did the last time I ate there and if I end up grabbing that same food at a different location the taste is still the same as I have gotten used to it tasting...never have had my order messed up in anyway and always looks, smells and tastes as if it is made when ordered and is as fresh as fast food can be and never too cold or too hot to eat as soon as u pick it up...nice comfort food or just the perfect fast food place when I'm running around and want something fast as time is always an issue, Wendy's has never made me have to waste my time having my order redone or corrected and I can count on them to take care of any issue if one...

If you go there around any, "mealtime," your food will usually come out hot and well-made. If you go there a few hours past breakfast lunch or dinner your food, especially the fries may be cold.
