I placed an online order(8:31) and was anticipating the one pizza to be done by a specific time(9:00). My confirmation email said it would be done at 8:45, so I thought that would be no problem. I pulled up to Pizza Hut at 8:50 to find my pizza wasn't ready. Not even made. I had ordered stuffed crust and had received a voicemail saying they were out of stuffed crust. So I called back and requested pan crust instead. I'm told that they are out of pan and stuffed crust and my only option was hand tossed. If that was the case, why not make it and explain to me and at least apologize for the inconvenience, but at least my food would have been ready, I could have been in and out at that point. While I have to wait for my pizza to be made I figured I would go in and buy a Mountain Dew, I figured the employee that I had been talking to would have said something along the lines of, "Since you're waiting when your food should have been done, I'm going to give you a discount on your food and drink." Read moreIf I could give zero starts I would. I’ve tried 3x to give this place the benefit of the doubt and every.single.time. I am so disappointed. First time the website said it would take 20-30 min to deliver and an hour and a half later we FINALLY got our cold pizza and the sauces were forgotten. When I had called to check in on the order the customer service was non existent and I was just provided with many excuses. Next time I placed an order online and they called me but hung up before the phone could ring, thankfully It popped up long enough on my phone to register. I called back and they told me they were completely out of the stuffed crust I ordered so I switched to pan and they were out of that too. The man on the other line proceeded to tell me they were “out of a lot of things.” Again tonight, I called to order to see how long it would be. I was told an hour (please note online it says delivery in 20-30min!!) and I said that was fine as long as it was warm when it gets here. Read moreWell after I could tell you how many year of going thru this dominos I am sad to say today was the last time I will ever go thru this store or recommend it to anyone. Not only could Anthony not deliver to the correct address. Not once but twice. My pizza was sent out the door at 7:26 pm. I watched him drive by and I never omce got a single phone call from him. On his second time going to "my address" he still couldnt make it to the correct address. At this point I called and spoke to a manager. She politely dealt with my concerns. I ask for a refund and she said ill have my money back on my card in 5 days. In 5 days!! I could not get my money back for your driver to fail to deliver a pizza. Again I will stop going thru this store and it will be on a google review. I hate to be that guy. But thats unacceptable. As an x dominos employee this is about as bad as it gets.
