They couldn't communicate well at all. Perhaps they were new or short staffed... but the guy only heard every few words, once a separate girl got on and asked what I just said, no idea where she came from or went, he kept muting his mic while helping at the window instead of talking to us, the ones trying to order three foods and two drinks. Three separate times he muted and disappeared.
Ultimately I even got the wrong drink ingredients and size cup..
Until we got to the window we had no idea why he disappeared and came back and asked us to repeat our entire order several times.
I felt Zero respect or customer service perspective from this guy or the people I found see in the window. A simple "pardon me", "excuse me a moment" or even a simple "I'm sorry I was helping some one else" was definitely supposed to of happened and the most important part was missing also, a smile.
I've never felt less respect at a Starbucks than that day.. Infact this was the only time Starbucks had been this way, I supposed to be fair I've only visited Starbucks within Washington, I was so happy to finally see a Starbucks after 4 Days on a Road trip in the middle of nowhere. And then was sorely disappointed in the service I received and regretted Desiring or searching for a Starbucks at all.
Avoid this location if your expecting a happy face or to be spoken to like a decent human being.

And I am not actually rating them this poorly because of what they didn't have. That is out of their control. Why I am giving 3 stars is due to the customer service I received. We were the only ones in line, while there was 2 mobile pickups and 1 person at the drive thru and 5 employees on deck. 4 of them made eye contact with me, none of them spoke to me and I waited near 7 minutes for someone to walk 4 steps and take my order. I should have just left. Then another employee came and clocked in and it wasnt until a few minutes after that, that everyone stopped walking in circles and 1 person came to the counter. Very irritating to be treated like this. I was in a hurry and although very irritated I spoke calmly and continued to be calm as they basically told me I could not be served. Today, when I ordered through the drive through, the man taking my order repeated my order back to me but it was a completely different drink. When I told him the correct drink, he said ok, then when I got to the window, they gave me the wrong drink. I said, "this isn't what I ordered". The staff member said, "yes it is". I said, "half caff is what it is called? because I didn't order half caffeine". she said, "I guess so, have a good day". I received a different drink and even when I tried to have it fixed, I was basically denied or told I was wrong.
