We stopped in for dinner last night. Supposedly they close at 11 PM so since it was 10 PM when we got there, I did not expect that to be a problem. We stood at the hostess desk for at least 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. The only reason I waited that long without being acknowledged was because employees were constantly passing by us so I assumed someone would seat us when they got a moment. After waiting at least 15 minutes, other customers had entered after us and the hostess area was starting to get crowded, so I decided to approach a waiter to ask about being seated outside. The waiter told me he would check. He came back and said the manager said they couldn't seat anyone else and that's the reason no one came and said anything to us. So basically he said they ignored everyone standing there for at least 15 minutes (before I approached to ask about seating) because they were not seating anyone else, instead of just letting us know that when we came in. So had I not finally asked, I guess they planned to let people stand and wait until they started closing around them. Completely unprofessional. Had someone told us when we first arrived that they stopped seating at 10 PM to close at 11 PM, I could have understood that. But to let a crowd of customers build at the door and literally say you and everyone else ignored them because you were no longer seating is unacceptable and absolutely horrible customer service. The waiter did also say if it was up to him he would have seated us because we were there at 10 PM. My issue wasn't that we weren't seated. My issue is that employees blatantly ignored customers and then stated that it was intentional. How would we know that closing at 11 PM really meant customers are invisible as of 10 PM? Customer service is important to me so we will never go back . There's too many other restaurants in the area with good food and way better customer service to deal with an...
Read moreFirst off the service is usually very good..very nice people and they honestly get to you as soon as they can. They are genuinely personable and will remember you the next time you come inn and if you are a regular, will remember what you usually order. Second, the food..when it's on its great but when it's off, it's really off. They do custom orders and let you substitute sides in the meals (some places won't let you), if something is wrong with anything they fix it asap. It's usually has a fairly good sized crowed and the music is over bearing at times like a lot of places now a days but they can get busy from time to time and then is when it's mediocre. They have a handful of younger people working there and everyone speaks great English. The parking lot is a nightmare can be confusing to figure out how to actually get to the front doors. They have a wide selection of alcohol top and medium shelf. The bathrooms are always very clean. Another good thing is that there's other stuff near by like the movie theater, frozen yogurt place, strip mall and a bar or two. I honestly think you get what u paid for give or take. We eat there fairly regular. I recommend getting the flan. For those of you that don't know what it is, it's a dessert. It's like a little Carmel custard cake. Very yummy. They also do a birthday song with a sombrero and a song plays over head. I defiantly recommend the place and I love Mexican food and...
Read moreLove the food and prices, the hostess is always nice but the waitresses/waiters could use a little customer service course. We have had the same waitress the last 2 times in a row and both times she was rude and didn't check on us once. And we had a complaint cause there was hardly any rice in the plate under the chicken so we had to order a side rice which they charged us for 4 times and when it was time for our ticket a boy brought it over and we tried to address our concerns and he bluntly, rudely replied "there was rice on your plate". So we just payed and left. Other than that good but DO NOT go on game day if you are looking for a peaceful meal with your spouse/family cause they scream as loud as a stadium and they also let diners get sloppy drunk and talk extremely loud and kuss and carry on which you wouldn't expect out of 4 grown women in the first place but when they get this way they should be cut off and asked to quiet down but no they were carrying on and on till they were ready to leave also starting drama with other diners and it still was never handled. So that's it, good food and prices but needs customer...
