Be aware that if your pizza order is wrong or cold, you cannot get your money back. I placed an order through the app and when I arrived, it was not in the pizza portal. So I had to wait in line and ask for it up at the front, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app and hoping it’s kept warm for you. So the pizza was cold, not kept hot on a warmer or tray when I picked it up. Then when we get home to open up the pizza, it was wrong. I ordered the $12.49 crazy crust stuffed pizza and you can see in the picture that it was just a plain crust with no seasoning at all. Like absolutely no flavor to this crust. I’ll tell you why in a sec. I called to speak directly to the restaurant and let them know of the issue. I spoke with Greg and he was very kind and put me on hold to ask the prep team if they remember making my pizza. He came back and told me that “they said they ran out of the crazy crust seasoning and have been making those pizzas without it.“ So having admitted to the error on their behalf, I requested a refund and was denied because he could only offer another pizza per management. That’s not his fault. But I would like management to know if you care about your customers, that with this policy you are blatantly taking money from hard working people and not even telling them when you run out of ingredients when they pick it up. I would have gladly ordered a different type of pizza and paid less for no crazy crust. Instead, you falsely advertise, take the money and don’t honor your word or the quality. And then you do not even give your local team the ability for customer resolution for issues caused. I was offered a free pizza tomorrow when the next shipment of crazy crust arrives. It’s like a SNL skit really....
Read more9-1-2020 @ 2:40-2:50 I walk in and immediately noticed a spider running up and down its web right inside the front door. I notify Hannah about what I saw and pointed it out to her. She told me that she was not "PEST CONTROL." I was thinking like most people, well, let the manager know. I'll have to come back to that point. Please stay with me. I continued to notify the other customers so that they would not run into the spider or its web. After about 8 minutes went by. I asked her, was there a manager on duty? She told me that she was the manager. I then replied to her "that it was no way that she could be manager." Then I told her, so what if someone gets bit and then what? She then finally goes back to the back and told someone to take care of it. Keeping in mind that I have seen her talking to another female employee for several minutes with no action. I then saw an employee come and take care of the insect. I asked for his name and thanked Alejandro for taking care of that. I got Hannah the employee and not Hannah the manager. As a manager, I'm definitely chuckling inside, you have to at times roll your sleeves up and do those things that are necessary such as toilets, taking out trash, washing dishes and ensuring the safety of the store and insects. Not just the easy parts such as running a register and getting food out is pretty simple. This isn't your forte and I see why there's a Now Hiring sign in this...

I ordered two pizzas and three things of wings the guy informed me that would be 10 to 15 minutes till it was ready I went back in there 15 minutes later the food still was not ready the customer that was ahead of me was still waiting on her food as I was staying there waiting they were giving people their pizzas that came in at least 20 minutes after I do I know for a fact three people that came in after I did got their pizzas before myself and the other lady that was in front of me when I asked the cashier why they were getting their pizzas first he said because they only have one pizza I don't think that's fair because I ordered more food I have to wait longer that makes no sense then after the lady that was in front of me got her Pizza they gave a lady that came in way after I did her food which was two pizzas and some wings just like what I ordered that's when I asked for a manager and I was informed that somehow my order got canceled that he apologized that he would give me a refund but as I was trying to explain to him what happened the guy that ring me up with steadily trying to argue the manager told him to stop and the manager apologize for him and was able to give him my food and told me that would be 2 to 3 days until I get my refund...
