Ordered Oven Roasted Turkey breast for my Thanksgiving dinner, grabbed some mashed potatoes while I was there. Picked up yesterday, put in fridge until today. I should have “inspected” it before I left the store. 2.94 lbs of turkey… the thick crust of what they will call “glaze” was a rock hard crust of SUGAR, brown sugar mixed with honey. This is NOT oven roasted, it is a sugar encrusted turkey breast! It was so encapsulated it was 3/8-1/2” into the meat. Sugar!!!! No flavor other than sugar!!! I was made even madder by the potatoes…. After 9 minutes in the microwave…. An oily film around a mass of white what?!?? I mixed it up (per instructions) another 1-2 minutes… all I saw was an oily mass of white…. At over $11.00 a pound for an oven roasted turkey breast.. Never seen any meat oven roasted completely covered in sugar. The meat flavor is gone, all you are eating is sugar. I regret paying so much for this…...

I visited this location on 10/08. I’ve become a regular here and usually order the same thing — a Turkey Classic, toasted. This time, I called in my order for pick up and I accidentally forgot to say “toasted” but realized as soon as I walked in. When I asked if it could be toasted, the employee told me no, but that she could make me another one and charge me for two sandwiches. That response felt unreasonable and condescending. After a brief exchange she did later offer to attempt to toast, to which I declined as it should’ve been considered first.

As a frequent customer who even used $9 in rewards on this visit, I expected better customer service. I was also cut off multiple times while placing my order, which is likely why I forgot to mention “toasted” in the first place. I left disappointed and unfortunately won’t be returning to this location.
