Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Port Orange

My wife, two boys and I came to this location specifically for the carne asada. Upon arrival, nothing looked fresh and most of the containers were about 1/4 full. There was no carne asada at all. We politely asked if they would have any soon and told them we were willing to wait. The guy responsible for cutting the meat said he had it cooked but it would take awhile to cut. We ordered our kids' food and said we were fine with waiting. He then looked at us and said "It's going to be a while... like 10 minutes probably." Again , we said that wasn't a problem. So we bought our boys their kids meals and waited while they ate. The same staff member came out 10 minutes later and asked me "Are you still wanting to wait?" I said "yes" and he then informed me "Ok, I'm getting a drink and then I'm gonna cut it." (Keep in mind our two boys are eating their meals and we're sitting there waiting to order our food and the steak is cooked and sitting on the counter!) I watched him walk around the back doing nothing for several more minutes. I went back up about 10 minutes later and asked again if the meat would be done soon. We were then told that he had been called away to do beans and he would not be cutting it for awhile! We never raised our voices or were rude we just left after that. He clearly was purposely refusing to cut the steak simply because we asked for it. I've been treated in a similar way multiple times at this location. It's unreal. Let me repeat that we were calm and kind the entire time. I can't figure out what the reason was for how he treated us. But no one ever once offered to help or at least cut up enough meat for our two bowls. They were not busy either. It was just us and two other people in the restaurant. I got off work late and was very hungry,so I told my husband let's go to chipotle. since it's in the same parking lot where I work, Well we go in it's about 8:30 pm and I ask for a steak quesadilla. Well with the noise you can hear anything they were saying,I said I can't hear you. The big white guy said steak quesadilla only online I said I didn't know,well I ask for two kids steak quesadilla because that was the only reason I went there. So he said they only come in meals,I replied I don't want two meals. He keep trying to get me twoeals so I said never mind I will go somewhere else. The girl that was preparing what you asked said it's okay. Now they still made me get one meal and the other quesadilla was supposed be just the quesadilla. I was charged for two kids steak quesadilla. And I know he did because that is what he keep saying. And he was the one in the register. After we got home and saw that we will We're charge for two kids quesadilla meals I toll my husband we are not going back I'm tired. But we will never go back there or recommend anyone either. And it was not packed in there there was one table and two people in front of us.

Went in to Chipotle in Port Orange for lunch today & had the worst customer service experience ever. I was asked to wait for the vegetables to finish cooking while I ordered my food. I said that's ok I'll just take what's left in the bin. The 2 employees looked at me like I had 5 heads! The young girl insisted that I waited it would be quick. I explained this happened the last time that I'd come there for lunch & awkwardly stood & waited for 15 minutes for the veggies. I said it was honestly ok I'll just skip it. That's when a horrible young man with a pony tail & homemade tattoos all over his arms walked over the skillet, pick it up & slammed it down spilling food everywhere. He slapped uncooked vegetables in my bowl & said there you go. Completely embarrassed I just said thanks. Moving down the food line he finishes by asking if I'd like cheese? I said yes a little please. He pours an absurd amount of SOUR CREAM on my food. I just put my head in my hands. $9 for sour cream soaked rice & raw vegetables. Worst customer service ever!
