i never really write reviews or go out to starbucks, but i had an experience a couple months ago at this location that makes me try to avoid it as much as possible. my friend frequently orders here for mobile pickup, usually for her and other friends (+ coworkers), and sends me to go pick up the order.
this order was 3 drinks: mine, hers, and our boss. i went to pick it up, i can praise this place for being fast and mostly positive in the drive thru. i got the order, placed them in the thin cupholder and set them in the passenger seat, and started towards our work. i wasn't driving far, just a few minutes, but i guess i hit a turn and the drinks were too loose and my friend and our boss's drinks both fell over and emptied the majority of what was in it onto the seats of my car. i was pretty upset about it, and had turned around and went back to the starbucks to get the drinks remade. the first girl i spoke to was fairly nice and started working on it. i know she might've been fairly frustrated as well because my friend is notorious for ordering incredibly complicated drinks in her order. then i realized i needed another cupholder and had asked for one when she handed the drinks back. i waited for a couple minutes and there was no sign of her grabbing one for me. then the other girl at the counter who was helping her, looks at me waiting and asks in a very snappy way, "Does it taste better now?" i was very shocked, and just asked for the cupholder again. im not a very demanding person, i even kept apologizing to them because im a barista as well and i understand the work. and almost even didn't go back to get them remade, but they were not even my drinks. was i having a bad day? yeah. am i overly-sensitve? yes even so, i have social anxiety and try to avoid this location as much as possible because i felt mocked by her off-hand comment :( and my car still smells like...
Read moreThe baristas were nice, but messed up my orders. They put vanilla and sugar in my latte when I specifically said no sugar just a reg latte. Then I order a frapp. I asked for as little ice as possible they put more ice then usally. I threw out my drinks because they weren't under my custom needs. Though i could of got a refund with a remaid drink, but I was sick of them messing up my order and this isn't my first time. I suggest checking your order and telling them specifics because clearly the brewers don't want to look at the order, they just look at the name of the drink. Not so good experiences I've had at...
Read moreLet's start by saying that I was at Starbucks for an hour. I got an iced shaken espresso and a croissant. The drink was supposed to be half off but I was charged full price. It took 20 minutes to get my refund after waiting 15min for my drink. Then my iced shaken espresso wasn't shaken so I took the lid off to stir it and spilled my drink (my fault but the drink wasn't made properly). I waited another 15min for a new drink. Then when I finally get the drink, the cold foam was thin and watery. And now I'm late for my appointment....
