absolutely horrible how far this place has fallen in the last couple of months. My family is super busy with sports and school activities so we order once a week. Never again...
The last couple of orders the pizzas were smashed. The 'cheese-like' food stuck to the lid of the box. (see photo) We called and were on hold so long we just gave up.
We made a poor choice and decided to order from them again last night. I got home and expected pizza to be waiting... no pizza. I asked the wife unit and she said the driver left Domino's a while ago. A few minutes go by and she calls the store. Oh look... we are on hold.
She was on hold a few minutes and the driver shows up. She looks at the pizza and sure enough the boxes are both smashed... the bread bites box is soaked with oil... driver says its the stores fault for not checking and he's just the driver.
Driver didn't care. She asked him why he drove past the house to go to Hobart and then back track to us when we are right on the way. He says he just follows where he's told to go shrugged and left. Horrible customer service... but wait... there's more. The "lady" at the store says You think that was bad, hold my breadstick...
My wife wasn't done so she called again and was put on hold for a while... then someone picked up and put the phone on the counter and talked amongst themselves. So she hung up and got some young lady.
This person should not be answering a phone for any business. The was smug... totally unprofessional and just didn't give a shit. Period. She didn't care and after a minute or so she just hung up on my wife.
I know Dominos isn't a real job for actual adults... but FFS at least try to appear professional as a representative for a billion...

I went in there because it had been 2 hours since I order for delivery online and there was an issue when I ordered so I called to make sure they received my order. Before I went in I tried to call back many times and was either hung up on or they picked up the phone and just placed it down. I went in and said it’s been 2 hours since I order. I was instantly met with attitude. I was told there was no manager on duty. Then a lady walks over and says she’s the manager. She has the same rude attitude as the previous 2 people I spoke to. At this point I just ask for a refund. She argues with me about refunding my money. I even told her I’d go home and bring the pizza back if that was the issue. She finally refunds my money and I ask for a receipt, she tells me she can’t give me a receipt. I once again asked to speak with someone higher up. Was told the DM was on the phone. So then another guy walks over named Andrew and tells me he is the general manager. So we went to not having any mangers there to now 3 managers being there. He was the rudest. When I asked him for the corporate number he tells me that it won’t do me any good to complain because it will come to him in an email and he will just throw it in the trash. I was finally met with another gentleman that not only apologized for the staff’s behavior but made my order and gave me color pages for my hungry children. Read moreI worked there for 4 years and was promoted to a GM position. Never properly trained and was not allowed to hire more help and was talked down apon when I tried to fire employees who didn't do their job or were massively disruptive to other employees.
This position as a whole had me working every day almost all day with no actual power to fix the issues that kept me there every single day. Demanded by my superiors to make sure that the store can receive a good score by corporate but did nothing to fix the issues that I presented to them. IE, damage, progressively louder oven (which was causing migranes with some employees), broken equipement, ect.
I made sure to tell two of my superiors that I was heavily considering quitting unless I was demoted to either an entry level pizza maker and or a driver. Both times that was put on the back burner. I walked out after my shift was over on New Years Eve even though they were expecting me to stay til near close after having opened and I never came back.
I asked my ex superiors for my job back as a driver or an insider recently as I did enjoy the job when I wasn't in control. Apologized repeatedly even though I've been told by everyone that I worked with that I did the right thing by leaving. They ignored me. And even after all of this, payroll shortened my final check to minimum wage. They don't seem to realize that in Indiana you cannot shorten pay for hours already worked.
