I was really excited to see a local pizza spot open up in the area, but the pizza really just isn’t there.
I got the Garlic Chicken Pizza, and well the chicken was dry and overcooked — I can only assume the chicken was precooked. The crust was unusually doughy for a “New York Style pizza” as it says on their website. I enjoy some char on the bottom, but the top was burnt with two of the slices being half topping free(including sauce) and primarily just exposed dough.
First time in a long time my partner and I haven’t finished a whole pizza by the next day, but half of it is still remains uneaten which I think speaks for itself. I’m hoping this was a one off, but that was hardly an inspiring experience to come back...

This is definitely not your "best New York slice in town" kind of place, but a really solid tasty slice with well-balanced flavors that I really enjoyed (NY native).The location is also excellent, adding a needed sliced shop in this area of town. Nice N.Y. style crust with a little char and it was delicious. I definitely will return to order more pizza in the future. Reasonable price too.
