A True Taste of Turkiye Has Finally Arrived!

I can’t even believe it — we finally have a real Turkish restaurant in town, and it’s everything I’ve been missing! The moment you walk in, it feels like being transported straight to Istanbul or a cozy Aegean meyhane.

The lahmacun is thin, crispy, and perfectly spiced; the pide is soft with that beautiful stone-oven flavor; and the meze spread is out of this world. I’m especially in love with the fact that I don’t have to miss rakı nights anymore — they actually serve real Turkish rakı and even Turkish wine, which blew my mind! 😌🍷

This place captures the most traditional Turkish and Ottoman cuisine with so much authenticity. From the warm bread to the rich flavors, every dish tastes like home. If you’ve been craving true Turkish food, this restaurant is a dream come true.

I could not be more excited for the taste of authentic Turkish food in Portland!

We had the meza plate, which was definitely the way to go because it was too hard to choose just one appetizer, and the lamb shoulder which was so flavorful and delicious over the rice. They have lots of vegan and gluten free options.

The food was delicious, but the atmosphere took things to the next level. The staff was so nice, and the space feels so warm and inviting. Beautiful rugs, mosaic lights and plants make the restaurant feel so cozy. The perfect spot for date nights, and the side room for big groups is such a rarity...

This new Turkish restaurant is absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious and truly authentic, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The service is great, and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I also loved the quiet, relaxed music in the background, it creates a nice atmosphere without getting in the way of conversation.

Another big plus: they have their own parking lot, which is rare and very convenient for downtown Portland.
