No Q' No — Restaurant in Portland

This is a personal review for a personal experience - YMMV. This was a handful of months ago now, but I was excited to see a new 'authentic Mexican' food truck near my work (we're light on quality lunch options). I'm the only person around, take a moment to look over the menu, then order a burrito. The guy's attitude is curt and direct, almost like he's having a bad day. I ask if I can add cheese since that's not listed as an ingredient and he says 'No' without further comment. I clarify I can't add cheese and he again simply says 'No'. I'm kind of confused and look at him for a second, but, okay no cheese then. While waiting for the food (which was good, no complaints, good size too) I realize the menu has a quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese. My guess is he genuinely doesn't want to sell burritos with cheese (or maybe was out that day?) but the grumpiness and lack of explanation to refuse adding cheese were a big enough turn-off to...

We do weekly landscape maintenance to a house right across the street from the food cart. We have been for about 2 years and never tried it. We decided to try it as we were very busy that day and we didn’t want to go out of our way to get lunch. The food there is very very good. The owner is nice and quick with the food. I get Asada tacos and Shrimp tacos. And my dad gets the al pastor tacos. They are very good for a food cart. Downside is they don’t have lengue tacos which is my favorite or not...
