Large portion of brisket for the brisket platter, but larger flaws. As you can see from the photo, it is almost half fat. The overall flavor was greasy and chalky, and it pulled apart in strings. The potatoes with it were fine, but the barbecue sauce was overly sugary and thin, reminiscent of Heinz 57, but weaker. The sliced pickles were bland and appear to have yellow food dye. The service was perfectly nice, the beer was good. On a second visit, I ordered the bao buns and the mushroom flatbread. The flatbread was good. The bao buns were made with shredded beef that was the same as the brisket. They also weren’t buns, but bao flour disks with the beef and carrots on top, and even a couple of minutes after delivery, they were already turning soggy. I would avoid the brisket...

Wednesday, my Midori Sour was out of this world, and the bar tender went out of his way to make it special.

Thursday, my Midori Sour was very good. My service was excellent.

Our "smash burgers" not so much. I asked for them well done, and they had raw spots in them. They were so loaded with sauce that they were sliding around, and the cheese was a sloppy mess. The patties were barely warmed and did not have any characteristics of a smash burger. No char, no crispy edges, just lukewarm, slimy patties on a cold bun served on a bed of cold, limp fries. I returned them.

This is what I was served for $23 (see pics). The price wasn’t the problem. My food was mostly fat and lacked seasoning and bbq sauce. The bartenders were super nice and polite (not too bad to look at either lol). I saw a host of amazing looking drinks being made. I would recommend bar first, then after a few drinks down- I can recommend the food. Sober, the food...
