Large portion of brisket for the brisket platter, but larger flaws. As you can see from the photo, it is almost half fat. The overall flavor was greasy and chalky, and it pulled apart in strings. The potatoes with it were fine, but the barbecue sauce was overly sugary and thin, reminiscent of Heinz 57, but weaker. The sliced pickles were bland and appear to have yellow food dye. The service was perfectly nice, the beer was good. On a second visit, I ordered the bao buns and the mushroom flatbread. The flatbread was good. The bao buns were made with shredded beef that was the same as the brisket. They also weren’t buns, but bao flour disks with the beef and carrots on top, and even a couple of minutes after delivery, they were already turning soggy. I would avoid the brisket...

Our "smash burgers" not so much. I asked for them well done, and they had raw spots in them. They were so loaded with sauce that they were sliding around, and the cheese was a sloppy mess. The patties were barely warmed and did not have any characteristics of a smash burger. No char, no crispy edges, just lukewarm, slimy patties on a cold bun served on a bed of cold, limp fries.
