There food is mid. It's not as good as at least 3 other fast mexican reasturants near by.

I have been going regularly out of convince. Saves me about 2 minutes of driving, and because of per diam, I probably spend $300 a month or so buying myself and roommates food.

Twice they have forgotten and item, which happens and I would never get upset about that. This time, I went through the drive through and told them last time I went they forgot something. I worked fast food for 10 years, so I said it politely and ask them to include a small drink and hot carrots (like $5 total) that they forgot last time.

Instead of doing the absolute minimum, they said I should have called right after it happened, which isnt unreasonable, but how would i know that vs just asking them the inevitable next time i go. It might seem like a small thing, but it's effectively calling me a liar over the smallest amount of money, when it would have taken the minimum amount of effort to correct. I'm not going to argue with someone in a fast food line over $5.

I'm honestly happy they just lost my business, their food is worse (and has gotten considerably worse) than all their competitors.

Must be a bunch of fake reviews. They constantly mess up orders. Decided to give them another try due to convenience after the wife advised against it. I should have listened. Drive up - place large order with two kids meal. My youngest decided she didn’t want a quesadilla after the order was placed. Get to the window and request a kids bean burrito instead. Says they already made it. No worries, I still need to add just a burrito then. He refuses to charge me just for the additional burrito. Wants me to buy a whole another kids meal. Really? Okay I was willing to pay for the additional burrito but fine. All or nothing...your food is average at best. Told them they could keep all the food for themselves then. He said okay and I drove off. Went there for Friday night dinner tonight. Ordered a fish taco, order of rolled tacos and a carnitas burrito combination and side of chips. Thought I had everything I ordered until we got home and the carnitas burrito is missing and there are two rolled tacos in the plate instead. Called up to let them know and they REALLY asked us to bring the plate back and prove they messed the order up. I've been going there for years and have a pretty standard order. Time to find a new spot! Since when does a restaurant mess up my order, but then I need to drive back, return the plate and waste my time and gas for them to give me the food I already...
