Ordered the Avacado Toast as it sounded good on the menu. However when it came it was drenched in balsamic vinegar syrup and had tons of Arugula that did not taste good with avocado toast, and egg. Take note this was not mentioned on menu. They also overcharged me compared to my friend. When I went to confront them about the difference in price, Austin, was very rude, short, and argued with me in a snappy condescending tone. Also, just before I had spoken with him, Austin yelled at all the customer in line, “If you’re not ordering food get out of the line!” I understand that it gets busy but you do not yell at customers. Austin went on to inform me that I added avocado to my avocado toast. Which I did not ask for the extra avocado as it is avocado toast. I’m very disappointed in the food as it was clearly not what it was stated to me on the menu and what I was expecting. I did try it, but the taste was not pleasing what so ever and I did not make it through half of it. When I asked about the difference in the charge and only asking for the money back for the difference when I should have asked for entire meal to be refunded, Austin became very confrontational and belligerent. Austin who keep in mind should not be in customer service or be working the front, as he should be working in the back because obviously he doesn’t posses the skills or the mentality to work with the public. He is obviously not comfortable with stress or talking with costumers. Austin is not a good representation for this restaurant, because if this is what they are striving for, they will loose customers. If you do end up going I would not recommend the avacado toast. Read moreI had been enjoying my Sunday brunch with my family until I ordered the "kids grilled cheese" off the overhead menu over the bar. The chilaqeles were a bit too spicy for my daughter, so I kept them for myself and ordered the grill cheese for her. I informed the cashier, who was friendly, but new, that the price she was charging me was more than what was posted on the menu. She replied that she didn't know what to do. I asked to speak to a manager, Jessica who identified as the manager said that that is the price and she would not "discount it" and did I want it or not. I informed her that in Arizona you must honor the advertised price of items offered for sale. I paid the $7 and sat down. After watching the ordeal, my dad decided that he did not want to support a business that would not honor it's posted price. He requested to cancel his order as it had not arrived yet, and the experience was going quickly downhill. Jessica took it upon herself to cancel my daughter's grilled cheese and inform us that we were no longer welcome in the restaurant and not to return. Let me say that I have never seen a self respecting business treat customers this way over a $2 error that was their own fault. I will be copying this experience into a Google review, and yes, Jessica don't worry, me and my family and friends will NEVER be back.

The employee at the counter to take the orders had an attitude and we were very nice to her asking sincere questions. Then we looked at the updated menu and the portions have been reduced but the prices are higher now. We couldn't believe it when we saw you get a sandwich for 13.00 OR more and now you don't even get a side with your sandwich.. to order a small teeny little salad to add on or any other add-on is an extra $3. Seriously guys we all know prices have went up everywhere. But you are thinning out your regular loyal customers. And now they don't even have the option of iced green tea its only black or passion. Perhaps this review along with many others that feel the same way that hopefully will also post so the owner can see these and will make the needed adjustments to bring back those of us that won't be coming back until then.
