Down right unacceptable service. TLDR - Unprofessional and unsanitary restaurant, order took over an hour despite being told a 45 minute wait time, others who came in after got their food faster despite having more people in their party. Also food was cool and mid. I still haven't gotten my food and I was told I would have a 45 minute wait, which given how many people were was a surprise, and it's been over an hour at this point. Additionally there is no system to let you leave and come back when it is ready so you just have to wait around until they call your name. Additionally people who came behind us in line have gotten their food already. A group of 3 came in probably 20 minutes after we did (just 2 of us) got their food quickly and left before we even got one of our items. On top of that people who came in after were told their wait would be an hour and half and the majority of items that they came for were out. As we were leaving they just told people they had nothing left and effectively closed 40 minutes early because they can't keep up with the 50 people they could have had max. Another note is that no one wears hairnets which is unsanitary and doesn't give me confidence in the food I am receiving. IAll the employees also don't have any uniform which is fine, but the majority are in tank tops which is highly unprofessional even for a casual brunch place in my opinion. They just got our order but they put it on a plate instead of having to go as requested. I also just saw a piece of bacon picked up off the grill and thrown onto a plate... Without a glove... That alone is just disgusting. Also this was written while hangry... But I think that's fair give I was expecting to have eaten a while ago. The food was cold and okay at best. The fries when I got them were probably out for 20 minutes and the cheese on top was hardly melted. The cinnamon roll pancake just tasted like a normal pancake. Might as well go to iHop and get their cinnamon pancakes and you'll be fed faster and cheaper for more. We'll go again on another day and if it's any better I'll change the review. Redemption is allowed.

Discovering this cozy morning spot was a delightful surprise! With around 15 tables, space can feel a tad tight, especially when waiting by the front door. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the visible kitchen, provided a reassuring ambiance. Upon ordering, we were informed of a 20-25 minute wait, which was accurate, though it'd be helpful for others to know beforehand to manage expectations. Despite overhearing some grumblings about wait times, we were prepared and didn't mind. We opted for the lemon pound cake waffle and a bagel sandwich (minus bacon), both priced at a reasonable $8 each. The lemon pound cake waffle was a revelation—fluffy, hot, with just the right balance of lemon flavor. The bagel sandwich impressed with its flavorful profile, enhanced by the spicy tomatillo aioli. The over-medium egg was a thoughtful touch, ensuring a mess-free experience.Parking options include street parking or a nearby free parking garage (Wells Fargo building), making it accessible. Sharing space with Fresko in the evenings is a smart move, maximizing the use of the location. What truly stood out was the entire menu being gluten-free, with vegetarian-friendly options available (by omitting bacon). This inclusive approach adds to the restaurant's appeal, and we're already planning our return visit. Highly recommended!

We drove out here from Hooper to try out this gluten-free restaurant. We got a bunch of different options. We tried the cinnamon roll, the small pancakes with eggs and bacon, the hot honey chicken and waffles, the lemon pound cake waffle and the bagel sandwich. The cinnamon roll was huge and delicious, we took it home to-go. The winner was the chicken and waffles, my husband was in heaven and I was jealous that I didn't get it for myself. I got the bagel sandwich and was a bit disappointed. It was cold, dry and not what I thought it would be... not enough sauce and moisture and the bagel wasn't toasted. The lemon waffles and pancakes were all fantastic though. There was a huge group there that took all of the chairs and tables when we went so we didn't get a good idea of what the seating is like. Everyone else was squishing together on the benches. The food was worth it though so I'll give them 5 stars for keeping up with the craziness going on that day. My only real complaint was the cold bagel sandwich that came out last after everything else. Definitely get the chicken and waffles or any of the sweet options, they are bomb!

Service was terrible food was fine. Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed. My family ordered sat and watched half the restaurant come in order get their food, eat and leave. We were told multiple times that the line that our food was ordered was backed up however we ordered fries, 2 sandwiches and again I watched MULTIPLE tables that came well after me get fries and their sandwiches. There was literally a family of 7 with all the same stuff my family ordered come in 30 minutes after get their food and then leave. We kept getting excuses after excuses saying the line was just backed but again I witnessed multiple, MULTIPLE tables receive before us. My family was there for no joke a hour and half. The amount of people I saw get food before me was astronomical. The table next to us came around the same and their food was also behind. There’s definitely a flaw in their ticketing system. I was told upfront it would take maybe a hour but I was really disappointed to see others had no wait. Food was fine but not worth to be forgotten. The mocktails were good and we were offered free drinks. However we received excuses after excuses instead of just getting us our food. We paid $60 to sit and wait and watch...
