UPDATE: Timpanogos reached out to me and rectified the situation immediately after my post. I now have a replacement shirt en route. I really appreciate the proactive response. Terrible experience. First, the "free" shipping wasn't free, but after several emails back and forth they fixed that problem. Then they shipped me the wrong size shirt which was going to be birthday present. Then when I emailed them about the problem, they simply told me to go back to their web page and search for the tiny, "return" hyperlink which was difficult to find instead of just sending me a link directly to that page in their email to me. Then, the only way to access the, "Instant Exchange", feature is for me to give them my credit card number AGAIN, which I'm not about to do. So, my exchange will not even get started until I return the wrong shirt, so probably not going to see the correct size for another 3-4 weeks. Why can't you they just process my exchange immediately from my initial contact? Why do I have to do all this work to fix their problem? Be very careful if you're considering purchasing from...

I’ve been riding Camelback most of my adult life, or should I say they have been riding me, and so it was a step for me to order something from another company. But it was local, I liked their pitch, and I thought I might try a new hiking backpack

Wow! There’s a place for everything. I kept looking for the equivalent of the Camelback pocket or pouch, and I would find something else different and better in this backpack. The more explored the more I found. So many pockets, so many places to put things. I love how my water bottle fit in the side pocket. My 3 L bladder fit well in the compartment.

Probably my favorite was the ability to slide my iPhone into the chest pocket which made it easier to grab. It also moved it from my shorts pocket, which was nice.

I was worried this 20 L backpack wouldn’t be enough, but it was more than enough for my 7 mile, 4 hour backpack trip. And I had plenty of room to spare!
