Today, June 13th at 5pm I placed an online order, hoping for quickness and efficiency. This was by far the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had in my life. Yes I know it’s fast food, but any business should be held to a modicum of professionalism and productivity.
Upon pulling up all seemed normal, having to repeat myself a couple times into the speaker, pulling up behind another car I was excited to hopefully get in and get out after a long day of work. This was not the case.
For some ungodly reason the car ahead of me must’ve been feeding the poor because bag after bag came out of that drive thru, I think 6 in total, but even that took 25min! After the Brady Bunch finally got out of the way I requested to receive my meal and have it comped/refunded as I felt it was more than fair. There were 3 workers in that building and apparently a non-existent shift leader who I had to wait another 10min to speak to who apparently didn’t speak to her team on my issue.
This shift leader, finally out of the bathroom, I hope she washed her hands, came up and pulled my refund from the till and didn’t even give me the full refund shorting me just over a dollar and didn’t have the customer service common sense to just give me my meal with an apology and instead tossed my bagged and prepped meal into the garbage.
I couldn’t waste anymore time at this location, and after trying so long to justify giving your organization as a whole another chance, I’ve been met yet again with mediocrity and disappointment.
Thanks, I will not be back and I recommend going to the Wendy’s nearby as they had my order and 4 cars ahead of me done and out in a fraction...
Read moreVisited the location on 440 Eagleridge Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81008 I ordered a Whopper (and paid for) extra tomatoes...when I got back to my hotel room I noticed that the burger had ZERO tomatoes. So I go back to return it thinking they just accidentally omitted them but it turns out they knew the sandwich was missing the item because the woman who took my order when I inquired about the incorrect order said that's because we ran out of tomatoes. Mind you that I was charged for items that I didn't receive so I asked her why I wasn't notified when I placed my order that they were out so I could decide whether or not I still wanted the burger plus add to the fact that I was charged an additional amount for something I didn't receive. She referred me to the manager whose first words to me were we ran out of tomatoes. Now he did refund my money but I asked him if it was company policy to charge people for omitted items plus not notifying the customer if listed items were not going to be added so that an informed decision could be made. He said nothing so I related to him that would be like be going to a chicken joint and ordering white meat at an increased cost but being given dark meat with the up-charge and no notification that items that I ordered would be substituted. I call that theft and extreme deception. I know that Covid has affected things tremendously...

Walking in to dine, i noticed an outstanding lobby in its cleanliness. I cant say that about the other fast food competitors in town having just finished a work deployment here in town ( and I've visited them all being a busy construction worker )
So, i arrived prior to the evening dinner rush therefore it makes sense why my order, after being received punctually by the manager Donald, would come out so quick. And i emphasize quick.
NEVER have i had an order come out so fast that the delightfully tasty food was literally still too hot to consume ( in a good way don't take that wrong )
Well, my order was on point. And again, some 15 minutes after i arrived there was a sudden rush of hungry residents of Pueblo.
If there's any bad reviews about untimely service- most likely those customers were tripping like an entitled Karen.
I say this because, my goodness- every order made not only inside the lobby, but even the drive through, was made accurately and importantly, up to standard. Obviously no one in the lobby made a complaint or spoke to themselves about a mishap ( i could literally hear every conversation being sat center of lobby ) plus no drive through people pulled into parking in order to make a complaint about mishandled food n what not.
