Pasquales Cafe — Restaurant in Put-in-Bay Township

While certainly not the best place I've eaten at, it did have its notable charm. I had gone there for breakfast with my family Monday morning and the place was considerably busy and quite loud. Due to how the interior is structured, its can create quite the echo, so combine that with a packed dining room, and you have a recipe for a loud restaurant that offers a challenging environment to hold a conversation at your table without having to shout.

The waitress we had was fairly nice, though she did forget my order of biscuits and gravy, resulting me waiting for a few minutes to finally receive my order while everyone else at my table had already begun to eat. It was a simple oversight that I'm not too upset about it, but it did grind my gears a bit at the time.

Overall, I'd suggest going to this place if you want a quick bite to eat alone, or if you plan on dining before/after the usual busy hours. Otherwise, I'd look for...

Amazing breakfast in put in bay. Great view of the main street. Server was amazing and the food above excellent. Great way to start your morning on the island. I highly recommend. Enjoy Update: We had to go back to Pasquales Cafe for breakfast. We were beyond impressed with this dining experience. Both days we had Sirena as our server and she is by far the best server we could have asked for. She kept ours drinks full, she anticipated our needs and she has that personality that just makes your day better for having been around her. Great way to start our day and end our trip on the island. The food was top notch quality. A must visit if you are at Put in Bay. Even two days in a row we were completely satisfied each time. Worth the wait. We got breakfast. It was all very good. Serving standard American breakfast dishes. Our waitress was great. Attentive without being annoying and brought everything we asked for without forgetting even though she was very busy. And everyone's food was outstanding. Not just by often so-so Put In Bay standards. Some of the best prepared breakfast staples I've had anywhere. Definitely the best biscuits I've had apart from my grandmother's. And all at bargain prices when compared to the normal PIB extortionate rates. Hard to find breakfast on the island but look no farther. Well worth the 35...
