I have to give this place a star in order to put in a review but if I could I would give this place negative star. My husband and I ordered the surf and turf and it was so nasty and horrible I asked for both takes to be medium rare and take out. I ordered at 6ish and ate mine at 10 and my husband woke up and ate it 130am. The steaks were completely burnt the shrimp had a very strong sea food odor and taste to it. We went in the next day to explain to the dumb manager that the chef or whoever made our order lasted night made a mistake and we understand can remake it now that you guys aren’t so busy! Omg bad idea we were labeled scammers criminals dumb main land people. They told us that we needed to eat our food right away bc there steaks cook themselves in a paper book! Ummm how does a steak go from medium rare to completely burnt?? Yes I kid you not these are the extract out not only the managers mouth but the chefs mouth! Then the chef said he had 50 surf and turf orders and they were all perfect and he’s perfect and never makes mistakes! 😂😂😂😂 ok that’s a good one I was born at night not last night! I will never recommend anyone visiting that Island to eat there your better off just going to the subway there on the island or buying a bag of chips from the grocery better yet if that was the only place to eat there I would starve myself! The dead fish in that lake guaranteed taste better then that place! I will be contacting the health department and the BBB also the chef could present any culinary certifications or license when asked so there he isn’t even a real chef just probably someone on probation looking for summer work!...

My buffalo chicken wrap was slaaaamin' son, it was like that, knawmsayin'? Word.... Seriously the food was so right on. My daughter got pizza and actually let me have a slice and it was so good, all dripping cheese and radical. I didn't quite catch our waiter's name but it was something like "Josi" from Turkey, such a nice dude and great help. I need to drive to Port Clinton and hop on the ferry and get back to Put In Bay so I can try the "wet burrito" there, it sounded so good but I know it would have put me into a coma after the massive bologna sandwich I was still recovering from I got at that other awesome restaurant on the mainland the night before. Man I gotta lose some weight. Holiday's over so now's time to be all healthy and drink pureed kale and beets but at least I can savor the fond memories of that buffalo chicken wrap and that nice restaurant on that...

This was the worst experience/restaurant we had on the island. We were the only table in the restaurant, with a group of 18 people, our food took over an hour & almost all of our steaks were poorly cooked. A man approached our table, being confrontation with us & never stating who he was. He returned a second time, claimed he was the "manager" and told us we were "too picky". He then stood up & told us "to leave & never come back & tell our friends to do the same." With that being said, we will never return to that restaurant & we will tell our friends not to eat there either. Had we really met with a manager, this situation could have been avoided. More than one person in our group had to ask this man to leave us alone so we could finish our dinner & leave. Through all of this we were never offered a discount or apologized to for the food...
