Put-in-Bay Carriage House — Local services in Put-in-Bay Township

Changed my review from two stars to one. Initially, l believed there was an issue where the attendants working the desk didn't have the capability to modify a charge, as I believed the sign said 3 stickers for the price of one, as they were five dollars each individually. The cashier seemed to be on the same page as me when they walked over to double check the sign. They came to the same conclusion but weren't sure what to do at the register without assistance. I expressed frustration in a recent review as I was disappointed in not getting stickers that were pretty neat. While I have been working on this update, I don't remember seeing "inches" next to the number on the sign that is claimed in the owner reply comment, to which he states I read the sign wrong. I may have. What grinds my gears is the passive-aggressive response from the owner stating how "unfortunate" that I didn't understand the sign correctly. Loved everything about Put In Bay, but absolutely not this experience. My original post is below. A comment to educate and welcome back could have changed my review to the better. Instead, I was handled like an angry Karen.

Terrible place. Garbage products. *The minute I mentioned returning the product (the glasses looked too big for my son) they cut it open. I never requested it to be opened. The cashier (doesn't speaks English too well) said ya, you can return if they don't fit. Then she busted out scissors and opened the package (I didn't ask her to). They know the game and how to scam. Attempted to lie saying I asked them to open the product. Owner is lying...
